They dont have enough riding cards. And when they do they are either not working out of order or not plugged in.some of them you have to get up and set back down to make them work.There is never anybody around to help you get something off the top shelf or help you find an item etc.

Usually have what I need. But Doors on Pharmacy parking side should close and lick same time as food entry side.Its hazardous at dark for disabled persons to have to go nearly from one store end to the other to check out then do the same in parking lot to get to vehicle!

When people are in 1 line and its halfway down the next isle open another register! Fix the self checkout lanes only 3 working. Toss those paper? Bags that you charge for and get some that dont rip at register. Other than that good shopping experience. 😋

Its a Walmart, which kind of tells you all you need to know. But I will say the employees here are a standout. Ive never had an interaction that wasnt pleasant.

Probably one of the nicest Walmarts Ive been to. Very well kept, nicely stocked, and very clean overall. Glad that they run this location as well as they do, given how limited the options can be in the area

The store had a good selection in both the market and home goods areas. We didnt really encounter any associates. The self checkout was easy. They no longer have plastic bags, but you can purchase paper bags for your items.

This Walmart has absolutely everything except they havent had any Dove heat protection spray for hair in a couple months.

If u have a predisposition that walmart couldnt have food fresh groceries think again. Great quality produce, fresh bakery products and a pretty good selection. Most of the associates working at this location are helpful.

Went to the checkout not one open just self checkout Im not trained or paid to do it offer a discount then maybe Ill do it next time Ill leave my full cart setting there and walk out

Hard to comprehend why so many items are out of stock and why do they not have all the self checkouts open? Seem to force you to one end of the store and stand in line while the other checkouts are.not available to use. Doesnt make sense at all

Pretty standard here--everything youd expect Walmart to have including most any groceries you would need. It is hard to beat the prices and convenience.I suppose I have some concerns generally about shopping at any Walmart because of the companys negative effect on local economies and their poor benefits to employees, but the cost savings is tough to pass up.Our last visit there were no antibacterial wipes for the carts at either main entrance which is troubling. Also there was only one check out lane open with a long line, but another did open which made the end of our trip much more pleasant.

Its a college town. The walmart is trying to not have cashiers so with check out lines all full they only had 2 checkouts open with a teller. The store manager should hire people to run them check out lanes vs them standing around.

Potsdam store had ONE CASHER line open and the store was full for a Monday morning. They NEVER have enough registers open and another of people dislike having to ring up their own items if they offered a couple dollars off for using self checkout people might not mind it so much but no the Waltons cant do that might lose a buck

Potsdam Wal-Mart is in violation of their own policy.It is a danger to disabled persons and the health of the general public because Wal-Mart sells food for human consumption.Wal-Mart is in violation of State Health Laws.Real service dogs do not ride in shopping carts.

Had a paper bag rip hurt myself trying to stop my stuff from falling. I said something about it being stupid that we are dictated by our governor and the employee was very rude. They lost my business. By the way I had just spent over $700 there.

Never has enough cashiers. Sorry but I do not get paid to scan and pack my stuff so I will wait 30 mins in long lines to have someone do it. You have many workers just standing around and have 50 people wanting to check out and only 2 lanes..

Its Walmart during a pandemic. Unpleasant any other time, downright dangerous now. Plenty of people protecting their chins, family reunions going on in the aisles, you get the picture. Now, with supply chains disrupted, you never know what is going to be out of stock. As for checking out, there are never enough registers open, although this has always been an issue. Of course, you could always use the self checkout. The workers are usually friendly, so at least theres that.

I used to be able to go in and find what I wanted or find something I never knew I wanted... Yet after these past years, their quality has really gone down. If I cant find something, they immediately show me to Walmart.com which I believe to be unrighteous. I do not wish to purchase from others selling on Walmart.com, I wish to find what I need right here, right now.If its not overpriced, its overseen.

What can I say about Walmart?!? It was a very busy place. Everyone that I saw was wearing a mask and social distancing for the most part. The store was fairly well stocked with the exception of Clorox wopes, etc. Easy self checkout was very quick.

I enjoy going to this walmart! Its always a treat to see what is new and what isnt lines are understandably long because of COVID-19 but not as bad when you go through self-check out.
