The only coffee shop in the area worth visiting! Friendly staff (especially Sean), delicious products and fun atmosphere make this a must-visit destination. Ive been coming here for many years and have never been disappointed.

Fabulous environment, great coffee, talkative and super friendly baristas. If you come to study bring some head phones just in case but usually the volume is overall low. If youre looking to try a new drink Id also recommend a dirty Chai hot or iced!

A great coffee shop to come and get some work done. I am from out of town and this one place I stop when I have some time to kill. There are a great deal of outlets so you should be able to find a place to plug in your laptop. Great smoothies and hot chocolate! Also, they sell t-shirts, french presses, whole bean coffees and a few other things too.

I like to buy freshly roasted beans, and they have them in multiple varieties, both regular and decaf. This is quality coffee!

One of a very few coffee shops in North county NY with exceptional coffee. I would like to say that I am a coffee fantatic (not quite snobby) and this is my go to stop when in Potsdam. It helps they are a local coffee roaster with a great fresh roasted product. Can wait for my next cup.

A very welcoming, comfortable place to hangout, study, work, ...etc. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the coffee is amazing with lots of variety. They have a board games, puzzles, and cards for public use.

Jernabi has a lovely owner and staff, amazing coffee, and a relaxing atmosphere. I spent many hours at their large tables as a student. The drinks menu is varied and has specials regularly, so theres always something new to try. The beans are roasted nearby and are available whole-bean. The baked goods are fabulous. One of the perks is that they are usually open in when the weather is bad and update their facebook regularly.

Its a great place to get work done with great food and drink. Its a little pricey, but you get what you pay for! The employees are all friendly and knowledgeable as well.

Love Jernabi! Their Vanilla Iced Lattes are my favorite! A little pricey but very good quality. Wait can be a little long at times. Wouldnt recommend if youre in a rush.

The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. The service is friendly and cooperative. They answer questions with the kind of exuberance that, in itself says, I want to help you enjoy your experience here. I had a meeting with 4 other gentlemen. We talked in normal tones for there was no noise to make it hard to hear. The products are very delicious. Home made pastries at an excellent price, that will surprise you as it did me. Let your next coffee, cappuccino, latte, etc, experience be thoroughly enjoyed at Jernabi!

The staff is excellent and they know what we drink. Plus they are friendly its a great place to go. The entertainment is always nice to hear.

A spacious place for a relaxing time with friends over great coffee. There are two rooms. I wish the backroom was set up with couches and comfy chairs, a rug, dimmer lights, and good coffeeshop music. Keep the great coffee and then this place would be a 5 star coffeehouse!

This is the best coffee shop in all of Potsdam, and likely the surrounding area.I always enjoy stopping in for a glass mug of coffee or one of their espresso based beverages. Its a small shop, but never cramped or crowded. The baristas have always been friendly and talkative, as well as skilled. Music and atmosphere are just how a coffee shop should be.The shop also sells excellent, locally roasted coffee beans. The blends are varied and unique, and the resealable vacuum bag theyre sold in is great. Highly recommended for the local coffee enthusiast.

Love Jernabi! They have great staff, support the local community, entertainment on occasion and the best coffee for miles. If you need to take a relaxing break for studing being at Jernabi is the place to go.

The coffee is good I will come here again. The barista needs to smile and when I asked the flavors he just moved to the side and pointed that was a chance to offer suggestion as I did not see the flavor list. Maybe I cought him on an off day.
