A wonderful place, the flowers I have purchased over the last few years have been beautiful and lasted. The gift shop has many different items and people have enjoyed.

We stopped by and picked up fall mums, but found the shop to have a great assortment of local goodies!

The Willow Tree is such a gem! Wonderful selection and unbeatable service. Tina has gone above and beyond so many times I’ve lost count. I recently called to place an order from out of state. She turned my idea into something custom and arranged to deliver it the next day. I couldn’t have asked for more!

I grew up in Potsdam and much of my family still lives there. One place Ive always counted on for excellent service and timely delivery is the willow tree. Recently I requested a gift for my mother and they not only gift wrapped it and delivered it on time, but they also took the additional time to send me photos of various options direct to my phone so that I could make the best choice. Couldnt ask for a better experience and attention to detail! I know Ill be calling on them again!

This place is pretty nice. It has a HUGE gift area, that is great for those hard to shop for, people in your life. There are a lot of unique gifts that would be great for anyone. It is a little more on the pricey side, however I think it is worth it.There seemed to be a decent assortment of flowers/shrubs but not too many (unless more were hiding in the back). We talked to a worker and he told us we could bring in photos of our house and they would suggest plants that would work best for us, FREE OF CHARGE! Seems like a great little place to give business too!

More than just scenery greenery! Clothes, chocolate, chairs for the patio. Home decor & more! Youd be surprised ! Pleasantly! Flowers.... arrangements and plants. Oh did I say clothes? The latest..... Also north country art work and jewelry annnnd more. Stop in!

TERRIBLE FLORIST! The flowers for my sister’s wedding came in the wrong color. Rather than tell us that they were incorrect, we FIRST paid and then were told they were incorrect (this was the day before the wedding). We were not offered a refund and were not offered any help in getting the correct flowers in. We had to rush around the day before the wedding and luckily were able to find a florist that shipped flowers to us over night. Willow Tree did nothing to offer to pay for any additional fees we incurred. While we certainly did not expect any monetary compensation, we were never even offered. A simple We Apologize” was never spoken. Thats all we asked. Had we heard an apology, this review would never have been written. The entire experience was dishonest.
