I had a great appointment at Potsdam office . I had a bad visit a couple weeks ago and the manager reached out to me and fixed any and all concerns I had. Great service. I recommend this office.

My hearing test was very thorough and everything was explained to me in detail.

I needed a hearing test so I could order new hearing aides from HI innovations. This is a group of hearing aide specialists that works with Medicare. My hearing aides cost me approximately 600.00 out of pocket. They worked very well and I was very pleased. However after 3 years I lost one. In order to replace my aides, I needed to have my hearing retested. I called Adirondack Audiology and told them I needed a hearing test. I was then asked where i had gotten my prior aides. When i told them,their response was we dont deal with those people. Personally i would rather go on a cruise than have $6,000 hearing aides. I believe their response is called denial of care

Did a great job but high priced on thier products.
