I spoke to a woman in Accounts Receivable, when I tried to explain what I was calling for she was extremely rude, then could not figure out how to transfer correctly. So kept answering the phone and putting me back on hold.
Called a customer service rep first thing this morning was told that my uniforms would be in today called them back after someone told me my driver would be at my office before noon and they said there is nothing on the truck for me not very pleased right now called my sales rep Todd and he said that someone would deliver them next day cause the truck showed up after all the other trucks left they need to find a better way to communicate with everyone when I was told I would get everything today after I pushed a job out to next day
