I have always received excellent service from the employees at this store (I have been a customer since it opened). Some services are more expensive than I would like but others are surprisingly cheap. I have done lots of shipping, printing, T-shirts and even banners with them. All products were really good.

Never had a serious issue with them. Had to have a package from Japan rerouted to the nearest UPS store a year ago because my PO Box wasnt going to accept it and they were able update that status within 24 hrs and confirmed with me once the package was delivered. Had to print a few posters with them and with the exception one poorly printed poster,(hence the 4/5 stars), all of them were quick, well done and cheap.

Rerouted a package for me shipped to old address by accident and it arrived next day. So kind and easy to work with.

Everything is done in secret and they price gouge. Why does every little thing I bring them to package and ship via UPS cost me $150-$250? An action figure? $146! Are you kidding me? The product is worth $50!To be honest, their affiliation with UPS is not entirely clear to begin with. Just package it yourself and go to the UPS hub and they will ship it for eay less than $98!I think thet take advantage of people and over charge for their services .I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and they have yet to answer why everything is so over priced when im in there. Seems like its a bit discriminate to me.

I had some boxes to be picked up, but I waited THREE whole day for them to show up. They always gave promises which were never kept. Terrible service, no explanation for delays...

Did a great job packing and shipping fragile item. Friendly service. Highly recommended.
