They were definitely errors and miscommunications; however, the business went above and beyond to try to rectify them and for that they deserve credit. My family greatly appreciates the time and effort that was put into helping us out with picking out a new refrigerator. The business was very open to looking at our concerns and then coming up with a very generous plan to help accommodate us. That is what sets some businesses apart from others.

Customer service is very attentive. We are repeat, repeat, repeat customers and really appreciate local business that will also match big box prices… And they are in stock!

I called looking for a refrigerator and spoke to a rude and grumpy old man who told me I couldn’t get one like I wanted at least until September. I found one like I wanted at a appliance store in Lancaster county. I will never deal with Saratoga Corp again, their rudeness will not be forgotten. I will continue to shop at places who appreciate their customers.

Very pleased with Sanatoga. They went out of their way to help us find appliances for our new kitchen and then cheerfully stored them for months until our contractor could begin. Delivery guys were wonderful, careful and respectful.

Im fairly happy with this appliance store. Weve bought other appliances from here and recently bought a new over-the-range microwave after ours died a couple of days ago. We needed a specific size since we were replacing it (not doing a whole kitchen renovation). Plus, there were some features I had wanted like sensor cooking. Connie was a great help in finding the right one. She showed me my options. If they didnt have it on hand at the store, they could either order it or have it sent to their store. I ordered the microwave that would fit into the existing space that Connie suggested. My husband was able to pick it up the next day. We installed it ourselves and Im happy with my purchase. The only reason I gave them a 4 star is because nobody greeted me as I came. The men working there were just sitting around talking and when I had asked if they had more microwaves on display, they didnt bother to get up and show me. Connie did come out and help me. Also, the parking spaces are tight and so is the store.

Unfortunately, I have to share how disappointed I am with this store. One of the sales people was extremely sexist and incredibly rude. He made a mistake with our order and refused to admit fault. Additionally, he screamed at me and the person I was purchasing the appliances with. He was disrespectful, condescending, and unprofessional. I am sad to say I would not recommend this store to anyone.

This is an update to my previous post, shown below. The owner saw my post and called to thank me for my feedback, and made every effort to ensure my satisfaction.I got a good deal on a scratch and dent range, & paid retail for a microwave and refrigerator. Sales person was not friendly, but did the job efficiently. My delivery was delayed by one day due to Sanatoga Appliance sealing their driveway. The range was installed without the anti-tip bracket (which was left laying on the kitchen counter); the manual for the range says installing the anti-tip bracket is mandatory to prevent serious burns or death. I called Sanatoga Appliance to request that someone came out and install this part. I was told theyll come out again for an additional $30; and that sometimes the delivery people install the bracket and sometimes they dont, depending upon how busy they are at the time. I left a message asking that this fee be waived since that should have been done when the appliance was installed. 3 days and 2 calls later and my call has not been returned yet. I did not receive an instruction manual. I asked that it be sent to me & was told they dont mail them, but I could come to pick it up, or I could print the (40 page) manual myself by downloading it. Purchase was ok, but Ive received much better customer service elsewhere.

Connie was wonderful to work with. We had been looking for a double oven gas range for a few weeks. She showed us a couple options and we settled on the GE profile. It was the one we had been seriously considering but everywhere we looked had us not taking delivery until he ended of October. Connie found one and we had it installed within a week! She was extremely knowledgeable and their price beat everyone else we had spokesmen with. We will definitely be going back soon to buy a washer and dryer that we talked about as well. Can not recommend Connie and Sanatoga Appliances more! Wonderful experience!!!

These guys saved us from closing the restaurant even for a minute! The restaurants oven “blew up” and we needed a new one fast! In Covid times, we were nervous that we wouldn’t get one within a reasonable time. We messaged Sanatoga and immediately they worked out an oven for us and delivered a few hours later on Easter Saturday! The best anyone else could do was May 9th!!! Poor experience. I’ve called multiple times attempting to order appliances and have been told by the sales rep each time “I’ll check the inventory and get back with you.” It’s now been 3 days and I’ve called 4 times and not a single returned call with a price. I informed the sales rep that I am ready to buy immediately as I am closing on a house at the end of the month and they are needed. Clearly customer service isn’t their strong suit. I was a very easy sale, I informed the rep that I just needed the 4 piece kitchen set, I don’t care what brand or model. I just needed it quickly.

Our nine year old dishwasher stopped working. We called Harmon Wright ( best appliance repairman around) and he determined that it was the motherboard and given the age and cost to repair it, Harmon recommended that we replace it. I called Sanatoga Appliance and they were able to get the model I wanted by the next day for the same price as the bigger stores! Harmon installed it and it looks and works great! This is the third time we have bought appliances from Sanatoga and they are fantastic to work with!

We order a fridge from another supplied and had nothing but issues from the start. After finally getting that cancelled and obtaining a refund we went to Sanatoga and met with Connie who was over the moon and beyond helpful. I bought 2 AC units for my condo the units plus installation (in wall/sleeve) cost a total of $1662.00. Purchased 6/26/19. Today - about 13 months later, the units are both leaking from the bottom. The units were not INSTALLED properly and Sanatoga wont fix their error. The customer service person kept telling me theyre off warranty. The units arent broken. So much for paying extra for professional installation. I will be speaking to the condo board advising to stop recommending this company to the hundreds of owners in the complex. There should be no issues for MANY issues on this type of purchase/installation. Stand by your work!

My washing machine stopped working on Saturday morning and I had a new American made washing machine delivered by mid day Monday. Sales rep was very knowledgeable, no nonsense, and friendly. Refrigerator compressor quit working at the start of the virus Could have chosen big box store or Sanatoga Appliance. Chose Sanatoga Appliance because1 They are a local business we dealt with previously2. They have their own delivery people not contractors.They kept us informed and when Gov Wolf was going to close non-essential business on a Monday.... they delivered the refrigerator on Sunday morning. The actual store experience was fine, if not a little abrupt. The delivery guys were ok but not great. They removed a door to take the fridge out and didnt put it back on. So we had to. He also never asked about whether we wanted the handles on the left or right, and just put them on. Theyre backwards, so at some point, well have to change those, too.

The gentleman was very helpful, they will be delivering appliances on Thursday.

Called and spoke to Craig on a Saturday after Home Depot neglected to tell me my stove that was to have been delivered that day was on back order. Craig was extremely helpful and nice on the phone, he was able to get me a very similar stove delivered Monday afternoon. I’d much rather support small local business like Sanatoga Corporation rather than big chain stores. I think you’re much more likely to find people who care about what they’re selling. We have used Sanatoga corporation for years and my parents have use them as well. I am very happy with my purchase that I just made of a brand new washer and dryer. I’m also happy with the other appliances that I have gotten there over the years. I have not ever had any issues, and they stand behind their products.

Sales staff super helpful and friendly, and the delivery was first rate (they had to remove the doors to get the fridge in) they had all their own tools for the job, and were very efficient. I have bought appliances at Sanatoga Appliance since we moved here over 20 years ago. I have always found the sales consultants to be very helpful and informative with no pressure. My most recent purchase was a clothes dryer. I did my homework to find the most reliable model with the highest ratings through consumer reports (CR). Because of the limited space I have I had to stay within certain physical limitations. As it turned out the model that I was looking for was also in the top 5 of models evaluated by CR. I checked several other stores in my area (Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy) and then went to Sanatoga. I walked in the store with my list, started looking and Diane Sikora walked up and asked if she could help. I told her the model I was looking for and she pointed me in the right direction. I looked over the dryer and told her that this model is what I wanted. She said she would get me a price, came back in 5 minutes with a price that was better than the lowest price I could get from the 3 stores I checked by 1 dollar. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. I ordered the dryer on Saturday and it was delivered the following Tuesday. Tuesday morning I received a call and was asked if they could deliver between 9 and 11am. This is the best place in the Pottstown area to get appliances, I live in Gilbertsville. Do yourself a favor and check them out before you buy your next appliance.

I received the runaround from The Home Depor on a dishwasher replacement and install a few months ago and contacted Sanatoga.I had a great experience.When we needed to replace the microwave a few months later I did not go anyplace else and again had a great experience.
