The best store for framing,custom framing crafts home decor anything that you need to make they have it all

Megan & Rebecca are the best (custom framing dept)! Megan went above & beyond to find what I was looking for for a special project. Her prompt follow through was greatly appreciated & hard to find these days. Rebecca took over for Megan & provided superb customer service. They are a great team & the Potttown Michaels is very fortunate to have these two wondeful people as employees.Pics attached are 36x36 frames that we provided & michaels provided the mats & mounted the prints & hardware for me.

Had what I needed waterproof decoupage for a little free library im making. The decoupage was cheaper than hobby lobby.

They have sooo much to choose from and they will gladly give you the help you need while shopping ...they also have free classes for young people and us slightly older folks too!My only problem with this store is none of the employees ever seem happy with their jobs, they pleasant to me but they all look 😔 sad...and I spend alot there and my rewards are always messed up and they dont send me them ...

I love Michaels, but every time Im in this one, half the stock is empty in areas where Im trying to find things. I feel like I never really get what I came in for and have to go home and order online.

Found everything I needed from stamps to yarn. Finding project ideas for the holidays is the best in this store.

Amazing sales and the best fairy Garden stuff ever

Was there on Monday to buy a canvas and some paints with my girlfriend. We managed to find the canvas that we were looking for as well as paint colors.

Great prices. Store was empty since they had just opened up. Lots of empty shelves because of big sales going on. Have never seen so many empty shelves in Michaels before.

Alot of unstocked shelves but lot of choices and fun possibilities for crafts plus 30%off pride items

Pretty darn good craft store, prices can be a bit wonky but that comes with the territory of varying crafts. The store was clean and relatively accessible. Good disabled parking areas.

Decent prices, lots of sales. Very busy staff, but willing to help if you can find one available. Stock can be lacking.

I love michaels! They have good coupons (not as amazing as mc Moore, im sad michaels bought them out).Michaels halloween and fall section is AHMAZING this year. The pastel stuff & spooky town accessories is GREAT. I am so excited for Halloween this year!

Great post-Christmas sales

Most of the staff is super nice but there was a specific young girl who waited on me who had nothing to say but rude comments about the yarn I was purchasing. I wanted to see who it was, but unfortunately she was trying to rush me out so quickly I didnt get to look at her tag. She was also grabbing things from me aggressively and tied the bag in a tight knot. I thought she put the receipt in the bag but she didnt, so I didnt even get a receipt for my purchase? She seemed new but I thought Michaels had better standards when hiring new employees. Yall dropped the ball on this one. I will be going to the one in Collegeville for a while from now on.

This particular Michaels is always well stocked with good quality brands. When I go in for art supplies, they almost always have what Im looking for. The employees are helpful, but cant always answer detailed questions about the professional artist products.

Went to pick up a for things for a hobby. Cashier asked if I was a rewards and I said no, she used a 60% off entire order on my purchase from her personal rewards. Store was very clean, organized. Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable on what i needed.

They were very helpful yesterday with all my questions. Lots of teammates busy stocking shelves but still helped me. Ill definitely go again. And the order online for the discount and pick up on the store was easy. They even let me cancel the order and purchase a different color and gave me the discount.

They have a lot of items on sale! That just made me buy more. Lol

Had exactly what I came in for. . . My only direct criticism of this particular brick and mortar location. . . would be. . . a general lack of on the floor store reps. . . visibly milling about from aisle to aisle @ the ready to offer their assistance with customer inquiries. . . But the general customer service was very solidly provided and pleasingly received.

Great customer service. Found everything I needed. Assisted me with a coupon since I had forgotten mine. That helped be able to purchase gifts for my parents. Thank you for the extra assistance! It put a smile on their faces & heartfelt appreciation for the kind gesture.

Clean, open and full of great shops. Needs to be more walkable and include residential homes and offices though. Developers and governments are always separating us into pods, residential here, commercial there, and people were not meant to live like that. Why should I need a gallon of gas to buy a gallon of milk?

Moved 1.5 miles north from original location. This shopping center has a poor design layout, and I generally make a point to AVOID coming here. Its NOT convenient. The new store (aka this location) is just okay. Floorplan is modified, not too difficult to maneuver, selection could be better considering the increased store size and redesign.... Most sales people so-so and some are just plain rude, so in the end they just wont be getting my business. If I have to drive all the way over here, and if I have to put up with this specific location, my business will now go to any other business in a better location and with better CS.

New store (opened summer of 2019) but the same as every other Michaels Ive been in. Prices are reasonable and if youre on their mailing list, they send plenty of coupons, but you usually only have a day or two to use them. Vast selection of all sorts of arts and crafts stuff and if you need a frame, bring in whatever needs one and they can make one on the spot.

I love shopping at Michaels. I had a great time with my baby sister and my two nieces😀!!

I was looking for candy canes. I found them. I saw the Jelly Bean canes were $4. The regular mint canes had no price. I asked a cashier how much are the regular ones? She said, $5. I said, but these here are $4. She interrupts and said, they are $5. I know for a fact the regular ones are not more expensive!!! If this is right, Michaels is charging way more than any other store.

This Michaels is a new location. I found the customer service very friendly. I took a picture to get framed and they were very helpful. Turnaround time was very quick.

Didnt have something that the website said was in stock. Employees were not very helpful.

Lori was awesome and super helpful with finding frames and mats.

While I preferred the older location, this new site has everything you could need for crafting.

This is a good source for finding most things youll need to complete many craft projects or to purchase decor for your home that looks handmade. Michaels is a chain store however, so the experience here is similar to other locations. Not specifically specializing in one genre, however, advanced crafters may have a hard time finding specific tools and items for a specific project here.

I had an old piece of artwork framed at Michaels. I was concerned that it was in safe hands and framed with care and precision. It came out better than I expected and at a price that was more reasonable than other competitors. Reade, the framer, was a pleasure to work with.

It truly is a shame and an even bigger joke that the wrong Craft Store went out of business. AC Moore was 1000x better; more honest, more credible and a ton more corporate integrity than Michaels!!!! They believe in corporate discrimination against the handicap and teach it as a corporate virtue to all employees. May they forever and ever burn in hell. I hope to thd highest heavens that this fake Pandemic puts them.out of business for good. Its the least they dessrve for discriminatory and predatory business practices!!!!

The Michaels in Pottstown is new and very nice. Clean, well organized and huge variety!

The quality of small items isnt great compared to price. Cashier couldnt figure out senior discount.

Wonderful shopping experience! .Cashier was extremely pleasant & helpful explaining the discounts. I am a newMichaels customer! My only criticism is-please remove carts with remnants of empty boxes & display matter. That at times were blocking the merchandise..

5 registers and only 1 open. Long wait. Cashier called for help twice but no one came. On the good side, worker in the aisles went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for.

For a craft supply store they have an incredible selection, however if you are specific in your crafting supplies, they are very limited. It seems like they only offer one or two types of products with reasonable prices, whole I can send five minutes doing research and order what I actually want online through Amazon or the like.

Love this place, never enough time to see everything they have available! Great products at great prices!

Wide variety. Great sales. Helpful staff. Good signage and organization. Really love their jewelry section. I do wish their coupons would cover cricut maker and other cutters and tools.

Who would think that a craft store could be such a go-to place for a lot more than just crafts. Household items, holidays, and so much more. The store is always clean and staff is so accommodating and helpful. So glad I live near one.

The staff was not very helpful, usually they are but this time seemed bothered to help for what we were looking for. I dont go there much anymore . Used to need stuff for projects more and more the projects are to be done on the computers now. They havent had good sales in a while either.
