Helpful people. I have started going to this place since last year. They are nice customer service and have a reasonable pricing. Honesty in all aspects of business is what I want as a customer and I am getting tht from these guys. Also there is a sweet dog who is making sure everybody gets a warm greeting.

Effective and timely communication skills. However, interpersonal skills need improvement to ensure overall customer experience that which exudes accountability and value of the customer. Had an issue with my 08 Honda not starting. Had a new starter but couldnt work out how to fit it. Called and got advice on how to get the car going. Drove it down, Eric fitted the part, performed other service work, and checked all tires etc., within about 3 hours. Found my new family mechanic. Would recommend to anyone.
