So this is going to be a glowing review!2 years ago my car went to another shop after a deer ran out in front of me. It was not a good experience. recently the work started to fail and my insurance company told me to go where ever i want, so i picked Limerick Collision. Best. Decision. Ever. Due to my insurance, it did take a little while to get the work done, but the quality of the work is more than worth the wait. You cant even tell that i was ever in an accident. Ken and his people also found more damage that as never fixed. He fixed my car up good as new. It is safe now and looks amazing. I wish i could have taken it to them from the beginning. The staff is friendly and they explain everything so it is easy to understand. If you know nothing about cars, youll still understand what they are doing. They are quick to answer the phone and communicated pretty well with my insurance company. Their quote was accurate and i cant say enough how happy i am with the work they did. I would suggest everyone go to them if you want quality work done. I would give a million more stars if I could. Thank you so much for the great work, wonderful kindness and all around fantastic experience. If i ever get into another accident ( i hope not) or ever need any body work done, i will be sure to return in a heartbeat. Thank you again so much for all you did to help and the amazing work you did.

Let me start by saying, the staff are pleasant and good at communicating. Now for the bad. I Just got my truck back after it took over a month to replace a radiator and bumper. Now most of the delay was likely the insurance companies fault however, they admittedly do not like working with insurance adjusters which I believe leads to delays. If that were the end of it, I probably wouldnt be sharing my experience. Unfortunately, they managed to reinstall my fog lights upside down and pointed to the sky. This leads me to believe that the work being completed could be questionable but I guess time will tell.

Excellent work
