Had a Pennsylvania inspection and emissions done. They were as always efficient and thorough. Car was returned clean and uncluttered. The foot mat was still in place showing they try to keep from tracking shop dirt into your vehicle. Ive been dealing with them for 20 years and have never been disappointed.

This past Friday my car was experiencing a lot of issues and would not turn on. My mechanic was out of town that day, so when I called my insurance company for a tow, they recommended Robs Auto Repair as a certified location. We had my car towed to Robs Auto Repair and the employees were very helpful and accommodating! One of the mechanics checked out my car and said it would need a new engine and they would call around over the weekend and let me know on Monday (today) what they found out. I told them that I go to college out of town and rely on my car for work and my co-op class. I spoke with Josh (I believe thats his name) today and he was contacting several people to help me get a new engine for my car. I appreciated how hard they were working to get my car back on the road as quickly as possible. After I spoke with Josh, I got in contact with my familys mechanic who was now back from vacation and could look at my car. My parents decided to have my car towed to our family mechanic. I called Josh from Robs Auto Repair back, and felt so bad that we were towing the car somewhere else after all the time and effort they had put in to find me a new engine. But Josh was completely understanding about it. My dad went to meet the towing company at Robs Auto Repair and asked if he could pay anything for the time they spent calling around and looking for a new engine, and they said we did not owe them anything. GREAT customer service at Robs Auto Repair!!!

I have been going to Robs Auto for 20+ years! Why? Because Rob is honest, does great work, lets you know whats wrong or needs repair with the cost before doing the work, reasonable pricing, flexible schedule to work you in, and most of all Rob and his staff care about their customers and want them to come back. Whenever I have taken my vehicles in for inspection Rob will always list any items that will need replacing soon, so if I want to do some of the work myself I can. He tries to save the customer money. That is why I have recommended Robs Auto to all my friends over the years and why I will continue to do so!

We have always used Robs and continued once the business changed hands. I myself brought my car in for the Fall special which I said I would be waiting for as I had no ride. Three plus hours later with zero communication from any employee my car was done. I am right now here a second time for an oil change because I have an unexpected road trip tomorrow and he could get me in FIRST 8am. 30-40 minutes tops was the wait time. Here it is 925 and zero communication. I finally asked and they did not even have the oil filter needed! What the heck! I would think they would be sure parts are on hand especially since he gave me a wait time. Unprofessional in my opinion. Will not return

I am a former owner of a transmission repair facility and I know great service when I see it . I have no real Hands on experience with top side stuff, Engines, water pumps, tune ups etc (and anything else under the hood ),but I know that when you find a great shop stay with it (them) . And whoever works on 1997 Jeep I hope never leaves . These guys are the best ! Great service, Fair pricing and they fix it right the first time w/ no BS. I can say without reservations these are my guys and I hope they stay in business for a very long time.

My Dad, Joseph Reazor has taken his car to Robs Auto Repair for some years now and he always relied on them to do a great job! Its nice to know that there is honest mechanics out there!

I will never ever be coming back here. I just had the worst customer experience of my life. The owner told my husband to bring the car in to look at a fluttering under the car that we told him about at inspection and he said was the tires. My husband works during the day so he had me take it over. The owner took the car out for a ride and came back and said he couldnt hear it (mind you I can hear it with the radio on.) he came in and asked if I would take a ride with him and I said I felt uncomfortable doing so. He then took the car around back and into the garage. He must not have realized the door was open because I heard him curse and rant at how ridiculous it was that I didnt want to take a ride with him and he has never been so offended in his 23 years of business. He then brought it back around and said he still didnt know what was wrong with an additude and said he was highly offended that I was uncomfortable to take a ride with him. I told him I have an anxiety dissorder and do not like driving with strangers (this was the first time I ever met him) and then he changed his tune. Regardless, any female customer, anxiety or not, has every right to feel uncomfortable driving with a strange man and as a business professional that man should have no problem respecting that, regardless of how many years you have been in business. I left fuming and extremely uncomfortable and upset and as I said in the beginning we will not be returning here and neither will my parents or anyone else we know who goes here.

After 7 months of runaround by another shop that rebuilt my transmission, Robs did a simple refresh of the compter associated with the transmission and the difference is like night and day.The ride is smoothed out so much and the shaking is so minimal climbing hills that it is hardly noticable at all.It is amazing that Rob got the cars problem corrected so much in a few hours when the other shop just put me off for SOOO long.Thank you to all at Robs ! While this place does great work, I would absolutely bring my own parts. while checking a recipt recently, I found that I was overcharged 180.74 for parts. My fault for not doing my due dillagence, and the work is good, but BRING YOUR OWN PARTS!!!!Did a great job, will certainly go agian, did not try to upsell anything unnesisary. They communicated with me throughout the whole procedure and could not have been easier to work with,
