Fair, honest, trustworthy are words that are hard to put next to mechanics these days but not at Dan’s Meineke. Had my car inspected there yesterday and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work, the time it took, and price. I also had a few other minor things wrong with my car that I didn’t tell them about but Dan found them, fixed them, and didn’t charge me but what a difference it made! Thank you Dan! My trucks exhaust had been getting louder and I saw it had a break in the pipe. I called and they got me right in. The did the work for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Dan was very professional and respectful. The shop itself was very neat and clean. Very pleased. Thank you.

I called to see how much it was to fix my exhaust pipe that broke during that morning. Dan was able to get me in in less then one hour. After assessing the full issue he was able to make the fix then and there. I was even able to add on a well over due oil change. Hands down he and his staff made this terrible situation better. The price was extremely reasonable. Dan and his staff were so kind and nice, from the greeting when I walked in the door I knew that I was in a trusting environment (which doesnt happen a lot being a woman walking into a repair shop) I will be looking forward to making this Service Center my go to place for car repairs. I scheduled an oil change using the Meineke website for this store for 10 AM today. I arrived shortly before 10 AM to check in and was told that the online scheduling is not utilized at this store and I would have to wait at least one hour because all four bays were being used. Why is online scheduling even an option when it means nothing? This was my first time attempting to use Meineke and it will be my last.

Service here is great! Even when dropping my car off, my service is completed in a timely fashion. The staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

This shop has been a life saver. I started going to Meineke shortly after moving to Pottstown for oil changes and inspections. It’s hard to know of a trustworthy establishment when you’re new in town but the reviews and location drew me in.Ryan has being super polite and professional, you can tell he really cares about doing right by the customer. He’s able to explain things to me in a way that makes sense for someone like me who has minimal knowledge of cars. I can get an appointment fast and I hardly have to wait long.I had an issue with my battery dying last year and having a hybrid car (Prius) I was concerned about having to wait a while to get it replaced. Luckily it wasn’t the main battery, it was the 12v smaller one. I dropped it off after closing on a Saturday and it was ready soon after opening on Monday morning.I can’t recommend this shop more highly. It feels good to support local people who have your best interests in mind.

I called in for an estimate for a repair and in comparison to other estimates that Ive received theirs was on the extreme end of the spectrum. Needless to say that I did not take my car here because of the price. I think that the gentleman that I spoke with on the phone told me that the estimate included 8 hours of labor. I dont mind paying for repairs because that comes with owning a car but at the very least make me feel good about giving you my money and not taken advantage of. The gentleman did call me back in a timely manner to give me a price though and he was very polite.

Ryan is always quick and fairly priced. I never worry that hes trying to overcharge me or suggest unneeded repairs. Ive taken my car to him since the shop opened and have never been disappointed!

I originally brought my car here last year because I needed my state inspection done and wanted to go somewhere close to where I lived (I was around the corner). I have since lived in King of Prussia (and most recently Norristown) and this remains the only location Ill bring my car to for as long as I live in PA.I have no problem driving the 30+ minutes to Pottstown because of the customer service Ryan provides. Ryan is always nice, patient, professional and - most importantly - honest.About the location itself - Ive always had early morning appointments and Ive never had to wait long (2 inspections, two oil changes and 1 nail removal). The store has fair pricing and has always been clean whenever Ive visited. I HIGHLY recommend this location.

I heard my daughter speak highly of the local business and the people that work there. So we thought we would give it a try for our Lexus SUV. Needed plugs changed and we knew it would take several hours. They also were asked to throw in an oil change at the last minute. While servicing they vehicle they noted two tires were questionable and we are glad they caught that because we use the vehicle very much. They installed 2 new tires and also aligned the vehicle. Not asking us to comeback later for the other additions impressed us. Car drove nice and straight! New plugs...motor purrs like a kitten.

I have been taking my three vehicles to the Meineke on Hanover Street for a little over a year. The work on my vehicles has been consistently excellent. Ryan and Dan are great people here. They are honest and give it to you straight. They run a tight ship, so dont worry about leaving your car with them. They treat you fairly and dont mind if you shop your parts around. I know corporate shops get a bad name but these guys are an exception. They let me inspect my vehicle when it got up on the lift so I could verify it needed what they said it needed (being automotive savvy) and they were spot on and didnt sell me anything that I didnt need.Seriously. I Will never go there again I have been there 3 times recently and I was even going back to have my engine filter replaced, wheels aligment. NOT NOW unless this is made right. 1st time they told me about the $10 discount so I was able to get it, then past two times, (I had the same guy from the most recent visit that decided to be very rude to me andmake about it that Too bad I lost out the $10 on astatine using another time because he cant reimburse me because I used a card.

I thought the service I received was worth writing a review for. First off, this was one of the cleanest shops I’ve ever been to, I was definitely impressed. I’m pretty sure the guy I spoke to was the manager, he quoted (what I think) a really good price for my brakes and was pretty straight forward and honest with everything. This is also the lowest I’ve ever paid for a PA inspection (they don’t add in any extra fees). Overall I had a good experience.

Service is fast and efficient. Just started visiting this place since Im new to the area but so far no nad experience. Just that at my last visit the guy in the shop did not wear a mask which bothered me a little. If you are going to get into some ones car and drive it for repairs at least wear a mask to protect yourself and possibly the owner of the vehicle since we dont know who is a carrier of the COVID 19 at this time.

Complicated brake repair job came in well below estimate. Then repaired front suspension. Very good price for a lot of work and got it all done in one day.

While I was just there for PA safety and emmisions inspections I found Ryan at the front desk to be very polite and helpful. Additionally I noticed while busy, he and the rest of the staff were quick to work together in order to assist another walk in customer in sourcing a needed part for their vehicle.

Extremely clean work area; good sign of techs who take pride in their work environment. Had a custom exhaust installed with no clamps at all, just nice clean welds. Gave me the opportunity to look at the completed project before paying. Extremely friendly staff, they will work to get you scheduled asap. Im not a chain fan but this place is an exception.

I took my car here to get it inspected because I had an oil change once before here and had a great experience. I explained that I had my emissions sticker but not the inspection sticker because I had trouble getting it done before. Other places were trying to “get one over” on me and charging me astronomical prices and including things that I know did not need to be done in order to pass inspection. When I came to meineke there was no “bs” and the guys there were extremely straight forward, knowledgeable and were able to get all the work done in 2.5 hours while I waited- all for a reasonable price. I was extremely grateful for all their work and help. I will definitely be returning for all my work.
