Merchandise goes out of stock quickly, however most registers are closed

I ordered one American Flag via app to be picked up same day, drive up. I’d usually go in, but I was limited on time. Target app said there was 8 in stock… 2 hours later I got a notification that they were all out of stock. I then went to the store and went inside to the aisle the app said they were in and there was over a handful of flags in plain sight. Customer service didn’t seem to care about the issue or their employee’s work ethic. So either this place has the absolute laziest employees or they hate America, which wouldn’t surprise me nowadays. Do better.

Convenience! Target Pickup makes getting through this pandemic much easier. The no-touch transaction is fast, easy, with no worries.

Target is awesome for their bright color household items. They have wide variety of non foods and food items. I think their clothing department is lacking in the amount of choices. I also think they are a bit pricey compared to other stores.

I went to Target to purchase child fences . I asked a lady in the front of the store whom I believe was a manager and she said they have them and gave directions . After looking for 20 minutes I asked another lady whom was at a table by self checkout telling her my inability to find them and she also gave directions...told her I couldnt find them asking for her help...she said she was sorry but stayed at her table with no customers : just standing leaving me to fend for myself. Needles to say I waisted a half hour of my time looking for a product that was not there with no help or effort . I wont be coming back to this store again .

This was the first time I ever ordered from Target on line. Ordering was easy from beginning to end. I had ordered several panels and decided to return some of them. I returned to my nearest Target. This was so much more convenient than having to mail them back. Thank you for making the entire process simple and no hassle.

Usually I have a perfect time here buying most of my electronics. But as of recent they allowed comcast representatives to harass their customers. As I was attempting to browse the DVDs and records I was constantly begged and pushed for my personal information by them. This location is perfect besides that

I visit this place at least 5 times a week. The store is always clean and the service is always great! I really enjoy shopping here as they swap in new products daily.

I can never say anything bad about Target. The employees are awesome and the store is always well kept. One of the biggest compliments I can give is how great all of them were during this pandemic. The store was literally a walking bubble of cleanliness. They were awesome.

The closing manager was completely unprofessional and extremely rude to the customers. She ran around and approached every customer at 8:45-8:50 pm and told us that we needed to stop what we were doing and immediately go to the front to the registers because SHE wanted to get out of there and we were holding her up. She said it loudly and commanding as she was walking away not even looking at us.Seriously?!? Target needs to retrain or fire her. She could have just made a polite announcement that the store was closing soon, no need for the harassment. I spend a lot of money there and probably wont be back.

You will find anything you want there. I like the variety of products that can fulfill your requirements in one go.

While checking out at the West Pottsgrove Twp Target, I asked the clerk to please double bag the heavier items such as canned items. Even though she did double bagged the first set of items, I asked her again at which point a mood switch must have been flipped. Because after that she literally bagged every item individually which was a total of 20 items and threw each bag - YES THREW - each bag onto her bagging area. As if, I had the audacity to ask her to double bag the heavy items. I understand everyones stress level is increased because of our countrys restrictions/limitations but I didnt see the need to be nasty. I would not be visiting your store at any time.

The employees go above and beyond to assist with locating items and are always friendly.The store manager and one of her associate in customer service were able to help me with my exchange - the item was purchased from my bridal registry and I did not have much information. They were able to assist me and made the entire process stress free!

I love target! The stores are clean, the merchandise offered is always nice and of good quality and the staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone should shop here! A tip: use the cartwheel app on your cellphone, and you will love the extra - basically unadvertised - savings you will find. The app lets you scan any product in the store and you will see if there is a promotion for it.

Some of the most miserable human beings work in this store. That or they just absolutely hate their jobs and take it out on customers. I visit other locations or ship items to my home when needed to avoid coming here.

This Target location has a lot of variety and is pretty clean, but dont go to the customer service desk! We go to Target for deals on diapers, but at this location we run into problems. When we address our issues with customer service they always blame us and dont take responsibility for either missing the problem or mislabeling merchandice.

I came specifically to the store at 11:50 tonight and the store closed early. I called the store and nobody was answering. I feel if you advertise your store is open till midnight you should be open till midnight

It really was easy. Every employee was very nice and although they were experiencing technical difficulties they were very calm and professional. It sure beats fighting the crowds for great prices!!

It is a very sanitary environment and its quite easy to find what youre looking for especially if you download their app via the Google Play Store or Apple app store, the cashiers generally seem friendly although, for such a big store its sometimes difficult to find an actual person to help you find what youre looking for when you cant find it yourself. Sometimes its as if they dont possess the full ability to aid you in finding what youre looking for, having a tendency to refer you to another sales associate to help find what youre looking for, which can sometimes be a bit annoying. Though, overall it is a pleasant store to shop at and I havent even mentioned the Starbucks and other amenities offered in the food court.

Not as big as some of the other Targets in the area, but I can generally find what I need. I have mixed reviews about the staff here, sometimes you get a good one and sometimes you get someone who is really horrible. It is a shame because the store is nice and clean and overall has a nice variety of products.Some days you come and the check-out person is very helpful and other days they act like it is an entirely troublesome effort to have to ring-up your order as if youre beneath then and they dont have the time of day for you.I really wish someone would teach people how to give change back properly, not just here but in all stores in general.... Its like a lost art since everyone seems to use plastic. You should never put the coins on top of the dollar bills, it just makes them fall all over the place, or you end up with a wad of coins between a crumpled pile of bills. It would be a rare person who keeps their coins in the same place as their paper money. Since we no longer count back change, people just give you what the register says and drop it all in a pile in your hand. Its not the proper way to do it; coins first then bills.Customer service has been very helpful on the few occasions that I have needed to go there.

I love this store, but the cranky, mean, rude lady at the customer service desk should maybe not deal with people who return things, since it appears she hates people who return things. No reason to be rude. Seems simple: Do the return, answer questions without sarcasm and rudeness. Everyone else at this store gets it. Hate to give the store a bad mark based on one person, but she is the person management is put in this spot.

I have a great experience at this store most times I go there. Occasionally they will not have an item I was looking for but that is true with any place. The store is clean, organized and most importantly staffed correctly. We have never stood in a line longer than 5 minutes.

Disappointed at the customer service. First, gift cards were labeled as buy one get one 20% off. I asked the cashier if the discount would apply automatically. She said Yes. I neglected to check this in the store - my mistake - absolutely. So, I called when I arrived at home to explain the situation and see if there was any way to avoid returning to the store. I was doubtful, but thought I would try. After listening to all of the prompts that did not apply, I pressed O for the operator. She asked how to direct my call. I explained the situation. She asked me to hold. I waited....after an annoyingly long time, she came back on the line. How can I direct your call? grrrr. I explained again. She asked me to hold. I waited....someone else came on the line and asked how she could direct my call. grrrr. I explained again. She asked me to hold. She came back and told me that the gift cards were not on sale. Disappointing interaction.

I love the staff at Target in Pottstown PA. Seriously, these guys are champs! Always asking if if they can lend a hand. Today a gentlemen helped an elderly lady take her groceries to the car, it was so kind.
