Love the people who work here, very helpful and know how to save you money and can help you put a plan together thats right for you. Easy to pay at Kiosk, they can show you that too, no problem. Some days the line is long, but I just come back at a different time.

I had to terminate my fathers internet and cable for a few months. The guy who helped me was very informative about different options and also the charge of the termination fee. He also told me if my dad decides to open it again in 90 days then he would be reimbursed the termination fee

Today we had a wonderful customer service experience with our technician, John McElroy who is based out of Pottstown Pennsylvania. John installed our XFINITY home service and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the time he spent here! John was so incredibly friendly & respectful as well as knowledgeable about the system. John stayed quite sometime answering questions and making sure we were comfortable with the newly installed service! John was clean, orderly and organized making sure before he left that he did a walk through to see if any remnants were left behind. Upon entering our home he put on booties to cover his shoes so he wouldn’t damage floors due to rain outside. He is aces! I work in customer service as well and love to praise other hard working individuals who exhibit excellent customer service, I am honored to praise John on a job well done! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU RECOGNIZE THIS YOUNG MAN FOR PROUDLY REPRESENTING YOUR BRAND

Employees, even if they dont normally work at this location, are pleasant to deal with. I brought back my modem, received a receipt and reassurance that i will not be charged the rental fee! There were 2 employees, was not too busy for weekend afternoon, and only spent 10 minutes on my visit.

Apparently they offer new program for cellphones. They use Verizon towers. Apparently, if use is super busy, non-Verizon users wont gain access. I have no idea if that ever happens but cost is far less than half times 12 months- it adds up!

I gave 1-star because the employees are friendly, but that is the ONLY positive. The quality assurance from this location is complete garbage. Every single time I have to upgrade or replace equipment its a huge undertaking usually involving 3 or more(not exaggerating) trips across town back to the service center. Examples: equipment... doesnt power on, doesnt work with our modem, cables are not the correct cables (literally cant be plugged in), modem goes offline every hour or two because its cycling or something. Im overall extremely unhappy with this lack of competent service and faulty equipment.

The worse experience in my life no one there knows what is going on or if you can get Comcast or not I have bin waiting on Comcast for over two weeks to let me know if I can get service they told me last week I could they just had to put me in the system and it would take 48 hr. Called five days later and now there tellin me two weeks ago they noted I could not get service then why didnt they tell me that in the first place what a waste of time and effort this is not the first time Ive had issues with Comcast

Comcast in general is a shady company. I used to work for them. The business side of the company is worse. They sell the same internet and cable not the mention the phone. As they do in the residential side and sell it for 3x more. Also they threaten business that have residential services in a residential neighborhood to turn them off everyday. Very shady company. In currently looking for a lawyer to sue.

Ive had no problems with Comcast until this last billing cycle. Its been a year since Ive had what has been good internet service through Comcast. But, I was paying $39.99 with no term contract. I didnt sign anything that said my plan would change price and was told that since I was going to use my own modem that it would not change because I wasnt renting equipment from them. I called customer service upon reviewing my new bill and they are now charging $69.95 for this new bill. Customer disservice was no help claiming that they couldnt do anything because my promo period was up?! Really? How do you put a promo on a no term contract?? Needless to say the idiots on the phone really irked my nerve. Upon telling them that I was going to just drop them and get another service, they didnt even seem to mind. They hung up with the words well make sure to note that on your account. What a freaking joke. Im going to visit the store tomorrow to see if those people looking me right in the face can lie to me and say they cant do anything to keep from losing a customer. Ill be sure to update after my visit tomorrow.

Waited for them to open...four minutes late on a week day. Turned in equipment no longer being used. The guy sends me home with all three remotes and an auxillary cable box, says I may need them for my one TV with basic cable (he was wrong). He then says he wont kick me off of cable service when he adjusts my account...kicks me off anyway. Two hours on the phone and two days later, a tech had to come to my house and re-connect me. Thanks again, Comcast! Great service yet again. They never disappoint.

Dont trust any 5 star review, either a bot or paid promoter. My wifi shuts down randomly, every night, multiple times. I call Comcast support for a reset to fix the recurring issue and they now request my social security number and extensive persobal information that the bot or pre-recorded speaker can do with a account phone number. The actual people on the end (facts dont care about your feelings) dont understand a word of English, the language divide plus the general incompetence, laziness, and low quality, make for the worst experience with a company IveI ever encountered in my life. Excited to switch to Verizon.

I have had Comcast for a number of years and in the past there have been some big issues, such as applying other peoples account balances to my bill, and refusing to even acknowledge there was an issue. Hanging up on me when I ask to speak to a supervisor. The ordeal took two days of call to get someone who knew what was going on to fix the issue. Recently I had to leave Comcast because my building was switching over to another service provider; although the exit could have been smoother, i got transferred about 5 times before i got someone who was willing to take the time and learn why I was getting transferred all over. She was a fantastic representative, all employees should be trained like her, when she noticed that I was getting bounced around she stayed on the phone with me and made sure that the correct department was there to assist me in the cancellation process. She could tell that I was frustrated and was more than polite, which in turn helped my attitude. Please train all your employees to take the time to figure out issues and not blindly transfer people to random departments.

Live Chat with Yvonne ended in my service being disconnected because she didnt agree with what I was saying. I am 100% paid in full and a long-time comcast customer and she cut my service out of spite. I am flaming mad and contacting comcast by phone is a huge waste of time. I have been standing outside knocking on the door since 5:40. They are supposedly open until 6. I have watched someone walk passed the door twice. The reason I’m here is because my modem hasn’t worked for weeks and finally customer service sent me to the store to get a free replacement. Guess that’s not happening. The worst. This is why I have Directv for television. If only I had another option in this area for Internet.

Ive been with Comcast for a very long time mostly because there has literally been NO ONE else. They know it. Its either them, FiOS, or satillite (and dish/direct tv dont provide Internet services directly) and they take advantage of that fact. The prices are ridiculous and they jump on you for no reason. When told my bill would be taken out on a certain date and it wasnt, I got hit with a late fee. Are you kidding me? There was another review that said that they dont even care if they lose customers, and I agree. They dont. I was told yeah we figured you would be. Seriously? Dropped them like a bad habit. Going to direct TV for TV and FiOS for internet. And Im not even thrilled about FiOS With the service strike. Gotta love monopolies.
