Prices are somewhat high. The items were good quality. I just wasnt thrilled with this store.

Im giving a one star solely based off of this locations manager. Not sure her name but she has green hair. She is horrible & I dont understand how she is employed here! I witnessed her being VERY rude and unprofessional to a few customers and the employees on 2 separate occasions! Thankfully I did not deal with her myself as I was in & out both times. The other employees were young girls who seemed very scared to even ask her a question, one was even shaking after needing her help. It made everyone uncomfortable in the store! The store and the rest of the employees are fine otherwise! Respect & courtesy should be the top priorities of everyone who deals with other people, especially a manager! Her behavior, attitude and overall demeanor are just disgusting and poor!

Impressed with the service, help and patience I received when I went in to order balloons!! When I returned for pick up, an easy, smooth transaction! I found my party store!

Setup is different this year and they dont have as many kids costumes out as they usually do. Still found a costume for both my girls though so it served its purpose 🤷‍♀️

While shopping with my kids an employee gave them ballons with their age on it. Awesome staff.

Came in to buy my daughter balloons.  Cashiers were welcoming and attentive,  as we were waiting for them to be blown up a lady with green hair came out for the back and just started slamming all of the staff. It was so unprofessional and uncalled for. If she was the manager she can use some classes, that is not a way to lead employees.  Made the environment awkward,  I didnt even want to be there anymore.  She yelled at one for sweeping and was mean to another one for struggling to put balloons in a large plastic bag.  As a manager youre supposed to train and encourage not slam and shame smh

For a party store, I thought the prices were high. Went to amazon and got the supplies much cheaper and delivered.

The lady blowing up the balloons was awesome!! She had a cool mask and like pink dye in her hair. Very professional, moving quickly and was extremely courteous. She was awesome!! Would visit again and would love to have her great energy and assistance any time

This trip was a little disappointing. I felt that the store was not fully stocked with special Birthday items like it was before. I was unable to make a purchase.

Good selection of party supplies. the service provided to me was absolutely disgusting. the worker that assisted me was so rude and unhelpful and was giving us dirty looks the whole time. i would really appreciate it if when i ask a question it GOT ANSWERED. i will not be going back to this store by choice. 0/10 would not recommend. i’m only giving the 1 star because they do carry party supplies.

First time I was ever at any Party City and I was impressed with the variety of party supplies. We went looking for Halloween costumes and the selection was good, but not great. If you want a larger selection of costumes and such, your best bet is still a dedicated Halloween store. Otherwise, for party supplies, you cant go wrong.

A little slow of a check out but a good overall experience.

Ive never been in there before,if you cant find what you need, you dont need it.

I came here to get balloons for my brothers 10th birthday. When we got home the big 0 slipped off of the string. The numbers were the most expensive so it didn’t really feel good. We went back and i asked for a new 0. The worker recognized me and asked what happened. She gave me a new balloon for free, which I was definitely not anticipating. I appreciate the good customer service!

They have a decent selection of holloween costumes. Most of them are in store but some have to be ordered. Overall great store

A great store for your party needs. They have helium and balloons. Table clothes and cups. Lots of themes to choose from, from birthdays to retirement to baby showers. Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable.

39 weeks pregnant just hoping to get a few balloons blown up for my son’s birthday and I was completely ignored by all staff members for over 20 minutes. I stood at the counter while the employee rang up a line of people who continuously came after me. After 20 minutes and multiple complaints the employee confirmed that there was other staff in the back.

The prices are only ok, but there are so many things to choose from that it makes it worth it. Wish the staff would be a little friendlier but maybe if they were getting paid a decent wage they would be. So I dont blame them.

Decent selection of party supplies, but limited selection of Halloween costumes. Went in looking for Star Trek related items, which they had none.

They came through for me when I needed 20 balloons at the last minute. Prompt service great friendly happy staff.

Placed my order online and received a call from the store stating that they can fulfill my order but a part is missing due to switching over after Halloween. They asked if I wanted to wait or just pick up what I could. I said Id wait for their call or email so I can get all the items. A week goes by and I call the store just to be told they dont know what Im talking about. I was placed on hold in the middle of talking. I go in to salvage what I could from my order. The backroom door is wide open and the employees are cursing and swearing. I attempt to find someone to help me, but no one is free. Eventually I gave up and left. Im highly disappointed and that comes from someone who worked in a B2C world for 8 plus years.

Okay. Just high prices most time.

Good quick trip. Little busy but Id attribute it to after work crowd. The signs on the balloons for the balloon selection could be bigger to help customers see them.

A good source for a wide variety of party accessories, including costumes. The staff always seems to be just adequate.

We were having a Troll themed party for our daughter, but surprisedly they barely have Troll party supplies. We managed to make due with buying items of the same colors as the Trolls and piecing in the few Troll related items they did have.

Went to Pottstown and asked about if they had something and they sent me to wrong spot and then came up front and 3 girls were standing and talking when i ask again one walked away like i was not even there then they both looked like i was not talking to them so i walked away what a experience never been treated like that guess party city dont want my money

The employees were very rude. All of them up front talking had to ask for help and they looked at me as if I was bothering them. I will take my business elsewhere.

Mabye it was just because I went at a bad time but it was awful, store was half empty, staff seemed to know nothing ( probably not their fault,b still) and they didnt have what I was looking for, bad management I suppose.
