I completed the website questionnaire and received one value for our truck on Friday. 3 days later, when scheduling an appointment, the value showed as almost $500 lower. At the appointment, we were told even that amount was much higher than we would be paid. Yes, youre told there is no guarantee you would receive the amount shown, but I feel this is a deceptive practice and will not use this company again.
