The best Michael Kors Ive ever seen. Very polite and professional consultants and salespeople. Prices are much cheaper than in Masis. This store has a huge selection of bags, some clothes and accessories. Unfortunately, Michael Kors still has a limited selection of products for men. Consultants always help you make the right choice. Everything is very clean.

The cashier are really snotty. Mom bought 3 wallets for gifts. Since they don’t have gift boxes, she asked for 2 extra shopping bag. They said no. Since in A******N E****E doesn’t matter how much you buy, everything will be bag in 1 bag. My mom like to shop and this is the first store who gave her some ridiculous reasons why can’t she have extra shopping bag. We were promised a manager will call in 5 days, it’s been 2 weeks and no call. Bad service. Bad attitudes, compared their brand to different brand, and can’t fulfill promises. So yeah ... I want to give -10 stars if I could. 1 star seems too nice.

Amazing store. Nice, clean, modern store with great employees. im guessing its commission based since they try to be the one to assist you in the sale and at the register they ask you who helped you. anyways, very nice place. prices are unbelievable and up to 80% off, thats insane!!!!

Amazing friendly customer service! I spoke to Corey on the phone to purchase a specific bag which ended up being sold out at his location. He went above and beyond to find me the bag at a different location. He was very nice and very knowledgeable about the bags. In the future I will call this specific location to order handbags and have them shipped to my state. I was very impressed with him and this store!

We spent thousand of dollars and they cant give us paper bags?! We asked earlier and we’ve been told that they will give paper bag for each bags but upon checkout, they are giving reasons that doesn’t make sense just not to give paper bags! We’ve shopped from different outlet and this is the first time we experienced not having paper bags! I really hoped they’ve became honest about the paper bag so we can go to other outlet! This is the worst Michael Kors to shop, they also have a very inconsiderate manager!
