A-MAZING! My family and I love shopping at the Oakley Philadelphia Premium Outlet store. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. This time, I bought 3 gloves and a knit hat. The one staff member took the time to get a cup of water to show me the Gortex gloves were waterproof. We will always shop this location!

My experience at the Oakley Store in the Philadelphia Premium Outlets was good. I felt like the sales people answered my questions, provided information then gave me space to check things out without being hounded or pressured. There was plenty to look at and the prices were reasonable.

Staff was wonderful. The gentleman was very nice and even cleaned my husbands other sunglasses without a problem.

Perfect experience. Sales person was knowledgeable, honest, and genuine. When I go back with my wife, Ill look for her to help us.

Store was clean and safety was evident by the staff working. I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of the selection and the great deals available. The staff was extremely knowledgeable. If you need sports sunglasses ask for Brody, he was able to assist my sons in what to look for, how to pick the right size and what was different about the styles. So helpful!

Went to the Oakley Vault yesterday which was a busy Sunday afternoon and as soon as I walked in someone greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. I was looking around for a bit but was in there to grab a new pair of sunglasses, which is when Brody came over to give me a hand. I thought I had knew what lense I wanted in a particular frame but Brody took the time to ask what I would be using them for and I ended up not needing what I had originally thought. Also gave me options to customize the glasses but I ended up just going with the original setup. I am there quite a bit getting apparel and the team no matter who is there is always there lending a hand when needed. Couldn’t recommend this store or Brody enough I’ll always be going back whenever I need anything they have

First time at this store as I had to make an exchange from an online order. I knew what I wanted but Oakley stopped making the style I liked. The woman who worked in the store was so helpful and I felt bad because each pair I tried on, they had to disinfect them (covid times) but she was so nice and patient with me.

Staff is always friendly. Always find something to purchase here, whether it be glasses, clothes or accessories.

I had a pleasant experience here. The two staff members helped us pick out a pair of sunglasses that were included in the sale. Compared to other Oakley locations, I feel that you do save a significant amount by shopping here. Everything in the store was 40% during our visit plus some additional offers like $35 off a pair of sunglasses. I love how everything was so neatly folded and organized. It was easy to find just what we needed without sorting through piles and racks of clothing. I highly recommend coming here for the deals and overall laid back feeling of the store.
