My experience here was great. The staff were helpful and very polite. They measured my feet, looked at the wear patterns on my current running shoes and let me test several pairs by running a lap up and down the sidewalk. The pair I bought was from a brand I was unfamiliar with and wouldnt have known to look for myself. The shoes I got are extremely comfortable! I dont have the foot knowledge of an experienced runner, but Im very happy with my purchase and would shop here again.I spent about $130 on the shoes. They do have sale/clearance shoes (no returns). They also carry a nice selection of socks and running gear such as reflective vests, arm bands for phones, sunglasses, and water bottles.

Do not buy shoes here unless you know EXACTLY what brand/size you want. They do not understand supination or ankle instability. I cant believe this in a place dedicated to running shoes. The salesman told me supination is rare. I knew this to be untrue but gave him a chance.Treat this as a purchase-only experience. They cannot advise on the products they sell.I explained my ailments with underpronation repeatedly and when I finally thought I had the right pair of shoes was told if they didnt work I could bring them back.I wore them for 20 minutes of walking after I left the store and made me feel more unstable. In fact I began to feel my knee tendons starting to ache. I went to bring them back and was told they cannot be returned. That was NOT what the young salesman told me.3 days after leaving the store, 20 minutes of use, and Im out $102.If you are a seasoned runner and are replacing a pair that works for you I am sure they are fine. If you are not, the people at Famous Footwear knew more about supination/underpronation than here when I asked.I really wanted to support this small business. But I expect you know your products when you sell them.

Don and his team did a great job putting me into a pair of serious running shoes. I had been running in some adidas shoes that I bought online and they set me up with a phenomenal shoe. I recommend this shop 100%

The store was very good. We drove one hour to go there but did not realize that they had closed at 5 for a staff meeting. The staff were very nice and let us try on shoes even though they were closed. Would recommend to others because they size you and help you pick out good options. But I would suggest calling the store before driving there to double check their hours.

Don is great! The gait analysis was very helpful, and Im super happy with my new running shoes. It made a huge difference in my comfort level during my run. I would highly recommend this store to any runner or walker putting a lot of miles on their shoes. :)

Great local store for your running shoes. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff help you through picking the right shoe based off what your goals and needs are. Whether you need long distance shoes or something for more trail based, they have the options. Definitely recommend.

Love this store! Don helped us yesterday finding the right trainer and spikes for my Son for his first year of track. We really appreciate Don and his staff taking the time to help us, even though they were closing and we held them up way past closing time. Don is very knowledgeable and took the extra time to explain everything to us. They also have a great selection compared to other running stores in the area. So glad we drove the extra 30 minutes to CCRS in Pottstown, it was well worth it!!

I used to go here for running shoes and racing shoes, particularly because you could try them on, and fit is very important (something you couldnt do online). The items were always a bit overpriced, kinda like Dicks Sporting Goods. However, the service staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and the Tuesday in the Park 5k Running Series they sponsor is always good fun.

I just bought a pair of running shoes from here and my experience was great! The owner is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. As a novice runner they didnt treat me like an idiot. They measured and analyzed my feet in order to find the best show for me. I was provided with many options and everything was explained clearly. They even had patience when I asked the same questions more than once. It is great to see that customer service isnt completely extinct in this day and age. Ill definitely be coming back for my next pair of running shoes.

I have been going to the Coventry Running Store for shoes for about two years now. When I bought my first pair of shoes here, I was overweight and needed support for a retail job I was about to start. The shoes I bought worked phenomenally. Every other pair I tried hurt my feet after standing for an hour. But with the shoes I bought here, I was able to perform my whole shift at my job without struggling to walk home due to my feet hurting so badly.Now I weigh a lot less and have been running. If I try to run with any other pair of shoes, I develop excruciating shin splints. But with the extra support in the shoes I bought from this place, even after running for a full 20 minutes, I have no shin splints and my muscles dont hurt almost at all after a full work out and no stretching.The man who owns the store is extremely helpful and definitely knows his shoes and feet! He is super friendly as well.Definitely 5/5 and would recommend for those who have problems standing for long periods of time or who want less pain after a work out involving your legs.

Store does not offer discounts like other running stores. I went to have my child fitted and was told to either buy orthotic sneakers or anything was fine. If thats the case, we can get a pair of sneakers at Walmart!!! Wasnt impressed with staff. North Wales Running is better.

Friendly service from a great staff.

I have bought many pairs of shoes at CCRS and when I first came it was because I was having problems with the shoes I bought from another store. The employee there told me why I was having problems, and brought me a pair of shoes. From then on I have had little to no problems when I run and keep comibg back.
