Id like to give a shout out and BIG thankyou to the young woman with blonde hair and blue eyes that manages your store. Im sorry for not remembering her name. Long story short, Pottstowns High St Rite Aid completely screwed me over on a return, giving me an expired gift card that ended up being the wrong amount anyways. After an hour of trying to figure out what to do myself online then on the phone with someone I couldnt understand, I stopped at this location. She spent a solid 20 minutes with customer support but ended up going through the same problem as me, it was a Sunday and apparently couldnt do anything. She gave me what I needed to complete the process on my own the following day. Process went smooth when I finally talked to someone I could understand and they even credited my Bonus account more than the items value due to the trouble. EDIT: Her name was Jenn! Give Jenn a damn raise, she killed it with customer service!

One of the few Rite Aids that didnt tear down an historic building to build their store. Friendly folks and good selection at decent prices.
