The office staff and nurses are great. I was able to get an apt very quickly. Dr Feiner was great with his explanations so I understand my diagnosis and treatment.

Dr Bell and his staff are always very kind and patient with my son who has special needs. We see Dr Bell every three months and it is always a wonderful experience.

I have been a patient for hearing loss for many years at this office and I especially want to complement Dr.Balliet for her exceptional work in programming my Oticon hearing aids. I have never had better hearing aids mainly due to the excellent set up of the programs that work well for me in almost all conditions. Dr. Balliet was terrific at setting up the programs I needed and has been very responsive to adjustments as needed. The blue tooth capability for TV and phone control have been big assist for watching tv with sound directly to my aids with superior sound and stereo details often not heard from the TV directly. I have even used it on a hotel tv. The office staff is friendly and appointments are on time. Overall excellent support and prompt response to questions.

Great office great doctors. The front desk is always nice and helpful never rude like a lot of doctors offices. The Doctors are great they even have bedside manners which you dont find much of anymore. I would highly recommend them.

Set my wife for an MRI for no reason at all

Just couldn’t be worse. Cheryl and Jessica inside were very unprofessional in cancelling my surgery. I had to cancel because no one in the office ever knew what was wrong or who I was. It was like I was a new patient every time. Jessica asked that I pay 100% of my surgery up front even though I asked for payment options. When I called to cancel with Cheryl she said she spoke to Jessica and Jessica told she offered me payment plans but I declined. I said 100% false. Cheryl’s response to me was “Well Jessica doesn’t lie. So you must have misunderstood.” So happy I left this place. What a joke. I’m a patient, not a customer. Total BS to treat people that way.

I loved Dr Bell and the audiologist so this was difficult for me to rate. I had to cancel my appointment for a balance test at the last minute because I had a stomach virus. Not to be gross but I was throwing up. They sent me a bill for $60 because I cancelled. Im thinking about cancelling my next appointment also because I cannot foresee something happening and cannot afford to pay the penalties. Very disappointed.

Heads up: The billing department sends your account to collections after 30 days of non payment. I received a letter in the mail yesterday (10/31/19) saying my account was being sent to collections on Nov. 8th, 2019 if I didnt make a payment because my account was 30 days past due. Meanwhile, the check was in the mail as they sent that letter and they cashed it on Oct. 30th, 2019.Sending someones account to collections after 30 days of non payment is really jumping the gun. In my case, the bill was lost in the mail and I had to call the office for the exact amount due. If my credit score took a hit for that, I would have been furious. I wont be returning.

Ive had sinus issues for 20+ years since breaking my nose as a teenager. This week I had my third surgery performed, first one from this office. its only day 5 and Im breathing better after this post op than before this surgery was performed.

The office staff and Dr. were great in treating mom for her ears. I appreciated their kindness and gentleness during her visit.

My daughter needed her adnoids removed. Doctor quickly diagnosed her issue and walked us through the process. They were excellent with communication and ease of schedule. I would highly recommend.

First, let me begin by saying I was completely and utterly misdiagnosed so severely that I would probably have been in more pain had I gone through with the first treatment I was told I needed.I called in December to schedule an appointment for swollen lymph nodes and flu like symptoms. They had nothing available until mid January. By the time my appointment came my symptoms were excutiatingly severe. Dr. Ordered a blood test for a CBC and a Mono test. Bloodwork came back normal and I was negative for mono. Even though they explained this to me over the phone they demanded I come back in and pay hundreds of dollars just to have it repeated to me in person. Then I asked if my thyroid could be the suspect since seven women in my family have had similar symptoms before being diagnosed as having hypothyroidism. The doctor dismissed my questions and told me I need to have surgery because it was probably lymphoma. I scheduled the surgery anyway and then went to a follow-up appointment to sign paperwork. While signing the paperwork I found out that the doctor performing the surgery HAS FINANCIAL INTEREST IN THE SURGICAL CENTER .So basically I was going to get charged out the butt for something I probably didnt have.I immediately called a different doctors office and scheduled an appointment. I then proceeded to call back this office and cancel my appointment. Cheryl baratted me over the phone telling me there is no doubt in my mind that you have cancer and youre really going to regret canceling this appointment and youre making terrible choices I could not believe the unprofessionalism presented in this call.The new doctor at a different practice did one blood test and found out due to my first doctors neglect I have had Lyme disease for FOUR MONTHS and I, in fact, did not have cancer. My current doctors big concern was that valley forge ENT did not perform one X-ray or CT scan before jumping straight to cancer/surgery to see if anything else was off.I will never go back here again. Not only did he misdiagnose me, but it was ungodly expensive just for him to speak to me for five minutes and shove a light up my nose.

Highly recommend if you are looking to spend good money on a doctor who cant seem to find your problem and wants you to undergo further expensive testing after 5ish minutes of looking around. If there was a 0 option Id use it.
