This location is CLOSED and GONE...after I drove all the way and wandered around for a long time, I was disappointed. The whole time Google is saying that they’re open. THEY ARE NOT AT THE OUTLETS ANYMORE.

Excellent customer service. They were able to fix my watch right on the spot.

Covid regs were being followed, customer service was friendly, brought a really nice watch as a Xmas gift.

A bit disappointed with the service at first.... 7 sales associates working, the one that initially greeted us, passed us off to another associate, just so he could stand and chat with the others off to the side.... Finally got an attentive associate(Jecenia) but their saving grace was that they engraved the watches I purchased, and the guy that rang us up was very friendly... (hence the 4 stars). I honestly wouldve bought more, but I was a bit turned off by the experience.
