I typically never write reviews, but after the amazing service I received at Mattress by Appointment I feel that I must let others know about my experience. Dan made purchasing a new mattress such an easy and pleasant experience. I have bought expensive mattresses in the past from other stores and bought additional foam toppers to help make them more comfortable. I was concerned that I would end up doing the same thing again. Dan listened to my concerns and made my husband and I feel like we were his most important customers. My husband has chronic back pain and finding a mattress that we both like is hard to find.He helped us find what works best for us and provided us with a great price. I wish I would have bought this matters years ago. we would have slept better and saved money not trying to figure out ways to make our old mattress work. Dan spent so much time working with us and never made us feel rushed or pressured to buy. Besides the great mattress, we also purchased pillows. We are both side sleepers and the pillows that we bought are made specifically for those that sleep on their side. I have never had better sleep. I would highly recommend this store. Ask for Dan and you wont be disappointed!

I was extremely impressed and satisfied with my experience from beginning to end. Dan was very friendly and helpful in accommodating my familys needs. The prices are great, the quality is great. When we got there we were greeted by a very nice guy Dan. He went over all the different types of mattresses asked us what we were looking for he let us try them out by laying on them. The mattress that he recommended for us is the mattress we got and we absolutely love it. I would recommend anyone to go there to get a mattress.

Im grateful for my new bed. Don was very patient with me while I was deciding on what bed I wanted. Also he was helpful in helping with loading it into the truck.

Never showed up for confirmed appointment!! Waited 15 minutes, called, texted, got nowhere! Finally left. EXTREMELY UPSET AT WASTE OF TIME AND GAS!!! Wanted to give a zero but system wont let me.
