Very large and beautiful Outlet mall. It is especially good to walk around the mall in rainy weather because all the sidewalks of the mall are covered with a roof, more than 100 different shops. There are benches everywhere where you can sit and relax. Beautiful green areas. We were at the Mall in the evening closer to closing and it was a little dirty, rubbish everywhere. Compared to last year, prices have increased dramatically and now prices are no different from ordinary malls in Philadelphia.

Very nice mall. I thought it was all open like others outside malls, but is not. Its outdoor but it has close sitting areas in case its raining. I love the big fireplace (looks like) in front of the starbuck. It was not on but Im sure its during winter time. I love all the stores and the discount. Will definitely visit again.

Normally when you go to outlets your looking to score on some sales. Only a couple of stores actually had some type of sale/deals that where better than going to the mall.Me and my family visited on the hottest day of the year so walking from store to store was a bit challenging. We all wanted something cold to drink and stoped by the cafeteria. Well there was no AC so it was hotter inside than out. Other than that we enjoyed our visit and when were back in town we will be back.

Went as soon as it open. Barely anyone there. Walked around with our puppy. Very nice weather. Went to all the stores I needed. Left before it got crowded.

I decided to check this place out, although its a 45 minute drive. It was well worth the trip! For the most part, stores had outlet pricing that met expectations. The variety of stores was plentiful. I really enjoyed my shopping experience and will return.

I love the Philadelphia Premium Outlets . We went just to get out and walk around. Went to Van Heusen and got some great savings as well as great deals at Old Navy store.

We had a great time shopping today! Great weather, many purchases throughout the many stores, and the oriental eatery (at the food court) was first rate. We will definitely be back.

Nice outlets with an easy to walk layout that doesnt have you skipping from one spot to another just to get to stores. Nike and Adidas stores did have a line to get in that wasnt worth the wait but everything else was nice. Some stores do still want you to wear masks.

LOVE this outlet location!! Has HUGE selection of stores to choose from. Nice that you can walk the entire outlet and see what stores they have.

This place is AWESOME name brand merchandise at reasonable prices most is 40 to 60% off its an outdoor mall so if its cold out bundle up or raining make sure u bring and umbrella but this place is awesome a must see and go if ur passing threw limerick pa.

Prices are not worth the lines. Selections at Nike and Adidas are slim to none. Power went out repeatedly while we were there over the course of several hours. We had stuff on hold at Nike and waiting in line power went out again, all stores evacuated AGAIN. We left the stuff there and left. Not worth it at all. Second time trying this place, second time disappointed. Will not be back. I’ll go to Tanger in Lancaster.

This place opens at 11am and closes at 6pm M-F. I wish I got of picture of the schedule. I had to go back later to pick up my stuff.

The outlets are a great place to get literally anything you need. Theres even a board game specialty store, a beef jerky store (offering vegan jerky?), and a hot sauce emporium. Very diverse and the vending machines are always stocked.

Pretty good for an outdoor outlet. Huge variety of stores, although most of them are just as much,if not more, expensive than a typical mall - when typically “Outlets” in general are known to cater to a broad spectrum of people because their prices are usually more reasonable.

Excellent location for different stores and with amazing discounts during the covid season.

Went to the outlets over the weekend with a few friends. Many many stores to shop. Prices could be lower since it’s the outlets but hey some stuff was on sale. Food court has enough options, there is a Chick fil A, near the Costco. Wish there were more DEALS!!!!

This place is like being in center City but whatever you need what you want just eat something to eat and the people are very nice.

The outlet mall is convenient to find. It’s a hike. Took around 45 minutes to reach the place. They have a decent catalogue of stores. Also, signup to be a vip member on the website to get additional discounts. Parking is abundant and great food options.

Great selection of stores and plenty of parking. I was there on Saturday, August 21 around 10:30 am and the parking lot was already 1/3 full. It was really busy by the time I left, around 2:30 pm.

A nice outlet mall. It could use some mist fans but other than that, it was great.

Excellent one stop shop for all major brands. Great deals throughout the year. The outlet mall offers a decent food court and for coffee lovers, there’s always a Starbucks.It’s conveniently located off 422 and surrounded by nice eateries too. We generally also combine our grocery shopping at the Costco wholesale right outside the mall.

The space between stores is all outside, mostly covered. Lots of parking. Check the hours its open the day youre going. Really good selection of name brand stores. Lots of athletic clothing stores.

Best place to go for shopping. All brands shops are here and prices are reasonable too. I visited today for trick or treat event organized by the mall. Kids had so much fun.

A great outlet mall with a lot of different stores. Most of the stores have pretty good sales going on throughout the year so its not a bad place to buy things. The washrooms are kept clean as well so that makes it an excellent spot in my opinion. I suggest you go during a weekday, because if you go on the weekend, its super crowded!

They have a Lindt chocolate outlet WOOHOO enough said oh the food court pretty good too

Nike continues to be weird. Long line. Very limited merchandise. Other stores are doing it well. Good sales. Reasonable prices. Most dressing rooms are still closed. Restrooms are closed.

Lots of stores, for the ladies, I recommend rue 21 and forever 21 for cheaper prices and cute clothes. Nike stores is always full, sometimes you may wait in line for about an hour just to get in. Small food court but the food came fast and good. I will come again!

Ive been to this outlet two times my first time here was in September 2019 and I recently went here this past Saturday to go Christmas shopping. What impresses me about this place is that there are so many great options to shop. They have all the stores you can think off like Under Armour, Nike, H&M, Old Navy, Hot Topic, and many other stores you can think off. This outlet almost feels like a mini city due to how big it is. Each visit is just as better as the first. I highly recommend to this outlet. I always enjoy it each time I visit it.

Today was a bit of a mess there. My family and I were able to browse through two stores and have lunch at the food court before there was a power outage to the center. No one was able to give an ETA for when it would be back up and then there was a mass exodus from the outlets, which resulted in bumper to bumper line of traffic. Unfortunately, as we were all trying to leave, there were people arriving to shop.

Map for stores were missing. But other than that they have restrooms in good shape. I like about their mens standing toilet were No water (Flushless) water saving toilets. Open concept of premium mall is so good. Their toy station were not kept in clean condition and some were not even working, My daughter lost 50cents and ride never started across CROCS store. People who loves spicey Hot they have Pepper Store in mall.

They had a great selection of stores and if you go early the lines aren’t that long! Definitely would return!

The best outlet center in the Philadelphia area. Easily identified by the massive cooling towers nearby. Parking is usually manageable and pretty spread out. The major draw are brands less frequently seen in outlet form such as Theory, Restoration Hardware, Neiman Marcus, etc. Traffic is VERY heavy on Rt. 422, plan accordingly.

Ive been searching high and low for these all white nikes with a dash of silver and i finally found them here at this mall. Im from New York, so the fact that they were all sold out and/or didnt have my size so I had to drive 2 whole hours to this mall to get them. Im excited though. This mall is terrific! i love it. i will definitely go back again!

These outlets are so excellent. Weve been to Gloucester, and decided to check out these in Limerick PA. The stores were practicing social distancing, the amount of people that existed in the outlets was a different story. It was difficult to social distance with the amount of people who went that day. All stores were having incredible sales. Went there as a last minute trip and dont regret it one bit. Also we found everything we were looking for.

Half the time I appreciate the open air aspect and half the time I do not. Sometimes the weather limits enjoyment as well as the parking lot when it is busy. There are a variety of stores however, most pricing is typical. Online seems to be the way to go unless you need clothing but even that is doable online. The food is usually very good especially if the weather is cool. At that point it’s nice to sit down, relax, and eat in warmth. Restrooms, depending where you are on the map, can be a far walk. In general it’s a nice place to go and get out for a couple hours.

No signals here. Wifi also doesnt work. Other than that everything s good. Good stock. Good staff. Especially Tory burch. I got everything i want.

Clean strip mall set up with ample parking, a lot of name brand stores like Tory Burch, Coach, etc. inside food court with Asian, American and Italian options. Most stores have discontinued and special made designs for outlets only. The discounts range from 30% up to 70% off but also depends on store you go into. Only complaint is there are a lot of moths around. You can see them on the walkway dead and they fly on you when you sit still. Go during that week for less busy crowds. Gets busy on weekends and during holiday rush.
