Poor experience, lack of responsibility from management. I entered the store looking for a frame for a photo, and was patiently waiting in line at the frame counter while employee 1 was working with the customer in front of me. Employee 1 paused while helping the customer and looked back at me to see what I needed. I was directed down an aisle I had already looked in, and ended up returning to the frame counter to put in a custom ordered frame. Employee 2 then directed me down the same aisle, despite me saying I was waiting in line for a custom order. After another round of being sent down the same aisle I just grabbed a frame that was close enough and decided I would just make my own frame at home. The cashier was polite, but when I asked for a manager to explain the frustration of being bounced around the store despite wanting to stay in line for a custom order, employee 1 came to the front. When I explained my situation they pinned the blame on the customer in front of me, stating the customer didnt know what they wanted and that they would have been with me sooner if it werent for the other customer. There was no sense of urgency, and I had no problem waiting in line. Only positive to my visit was that the cashier who checked me out prior was polite, and willing to help however they could. Sorry to say I wont be shopping there again if the management blames other customers for poor manners.

Very friendly staff however everything I looked at we found at Staples for way less money.

Prices on some of the items are on the steep side.. I dont shop here unless I have a good coupon or theres a good clearance sale going on.. after Christmas or any holiday is a great time to shop here and stock up on some things.. I would never buy my Christmas stuff here before christmas lol.. sadly, its just too pricey.. the stuff is beautiful and mostly high quality.. but there are other places selling similar items at a much lower price.. example : prisma colored pencils.. yes theyre good, theyre higher quality.. but the prices are high.. theyre never on sale.. buying them online can save people who use them a lot of money.. dollar tree sells a lot of things Michaels sells ;) be sure to check there first .. saves me a lot of money ♡The workers are usually always friendly.. they seem to be more into standing around spying on if someone might steal vs actually moving around and asking anyone if they need help finding anything .. they will try to point u in the direction of where the item youre looking for might be vs actually taking less than a minute to physically show you,. Otherwise .. its a decent place to shop. Be sure to download the app and sign up for their rewards program.. theyll email and or text 20 percent off one item coupons often *note, it has to be an item that is NOT on sale* which I personally feel like it should be 20 percent off ANY item.. they can afford to give us that.. but who am I,

Theres so much and my crafty side just wants to make everything when I go to there.Michaels always has a digital coupon on their website so make sure you go grab that before heading in. The cashier will scan it from your phone. They used to accept competitor coupons however since covid 19 they no longer are doing that.Have fun at Michaels and create something wonderful!

Service here is good but, their selections of yarn are only 1 1/2 aisles. Hardly worth the drive unless you know that they have what you need before you start. If your craft doesnt involve yatn, youll probably be satisfied.

I always enjoy shopping here. Im a big crafted. It helps with my anxiety.

They always have great sales and if it is not on sale you can go to the website and grab some coupons to make the purchase more affordable. I have bought many things here over the years, including a custom frame which I made into a coffee table.They sell a large variety including seasonal decor, baskets, picture frames, small decorative wall art, pens, sharpie markers, stamps, stickers, birdhouses, kids crafts, jewelry making items, yarn, paper craft, coloring books, paint, spray paint, painting supplies, and so much more.They also offer classes to learn how to make crafts. Its a great cheap and fun idea if you have children.

Great place for crafting items or lessons! They have kids classes every Saturday for$2 or $5 depending on age. They also have FREE classes for kids and adults. You only have to buy the supplies !! They also have adult classes for knitting, crochet, baking and many more! Ive taken my son to a few classes and he absolutely loved them! Plus they have decorations and wedding supplies!! Definitely a great store to visit! Only negative thing is that they dont sell fabric by the yard or larger! But definitely a store to check out of youre crafty or artistic! And dont forget your coupon!! Usually 40% off your highest priced item! They can scan it straight from your smartphone!!

Was finally able to get myself a new US flag and pole/w bracket.

They done a bunch of framing for me in the last few years and its always of a very high quality. Just wait for a week or two for the custom framing to be on sale or it gets out of hand quickly.

Favorite Michaels store, by far! Everything is very well organized and prices are clearly marked! Their clearance aisle has shrunk a bit over the years, and I LOVE the clearance aisle...But, I guess thats just indicative of them doing better business!

If you like crafts, are creative or have a desire to create something this is the store for you. They have everything from scrapbooking materials to picture frames of all sizes. Some stores even have classes you can sign up for on various crafts. The next time you pass one of their stores, stop in and browse around. Im sure a few craft ideas will run through your mind encouraging you to walk out with some craft to tackle.

Was looking for a modified stock car model and the price was almost 10 dollars above average price, and didnt see many kits in stock!

Lots of crafting supplies. Pretty much the same as other stores in the Michaels chain. This location is kept clean and organized. Managers seem really good. Staff has helped well with questions my wife and I have had.

I miss ACMoore.. best prices ever. Michaels is good just double the price.

Always enjoy going to Michaels. They have a very wide range of products that they offer. Somethings I think are a little pricey, but you also get what you pay for. They have something there for every crafter and every level of crafter. I go here for my crafts and for my son to get crafts to make.

Took my 5 yr old granddaughter for the Flower Pot Bunny Clinic. Tiffany who ran the clinic was absolutely wonderful !!! The bunny pots are cute.
