Called on a Wednesday for a piece of 1/4 plexi-glass to be cut for an outdoor fireplace unit and received it on Friday! Sent the guys a picture of the fireplace and they cut, rounded edges and corners for a perfect fit.. Great quality!!

Company did not clean the glass out of the door that the window broke on. Also stripped one screw and lost another. When I was to pick it up Saturday afternoon they called and said they are closing early so I rushed down to get it and saw this they refused to fix it that day and agreed to set up an apt later next week. Come Monday I receive a call from Zach I believe who said they ain’t gonna honor the new apt and will not remove the glass out of the door. Apparently that’s not their job it’s a detail service thing according to him. However I have used other companies and they will clean out the glass. Also he said he will not honor our apt but they made me pay to get the keys back. When I picked up the car I requested someone in charge give me a call Monday and did not even receive said call. This Zach guy said well management don’t even come in anymore. I’ve only heard good about this place with many recommendations however it seems the people in charge just checked out and don’t care so a bbb report is being filed and since work was not completed as agreed upon a payment dispute will be made. Horrible customer service way too many excuses and the laziest work I have ever seen do not go here!!! It is straight up highway robbery.

High pricing they need to come down on price alot they are 120 dollars more then any other glass shop I heard they are good but 120 dollars more is insane we get your old and need the money but jeez lower that price a little
