This is a pretty nice store, especially when compared to other Staple stores in the area. The store is a good size. The store is well organized and clean. They have a large selection from pens to office furniture and equipment. There appeared to be some good deals available and yet other items seemed a bit pricey. Overall a great store, worthy of a supply run.

Used to be Tech Supervisor. I constantly fought them for over charging our customers. We charged 180 for a simple 2 button windows fix. They hid printers behind the tech counter for a bigger printer basket. Then they write papers about you behind your back that day eldery and terms like that. Anyway its why I opened a tech shop in town. Troys Tech support and repair. If anyone wants real help without the price gouging. Feel free to contact me.

I bought an Amazon Firetick Friday 11/15/19 around 8:45pm. I called after they closed he said youll have to bring it in tomorrow and take a look at it. We came in at 2:15pm. to return it the assistant manager was called over that I spoke to last night. He looked at us and said that didnt come from our store are you sure you didnt buy it somewhere else my employees dont even access to the stuff. It smelled like nasty cigarettes and I observed him smoking out front on the way into the store he insisted we switched them and my fiancee and I never returned anything to to Staples we have a rewards card that can be track after the head store manager took over he swapped it out we only did it because he was very professional and we still are very upset on being treated like a criminal this is far from over I will be contacting corp offices and the BBB I might call a civil attorney bc I was accused of theft basically....Im a business owner in Schuylkill County and never ever would defraud a store as well I shop there for all my supplies. Also the product wreaked of stale cigarette smoke and is a smoker just find it funny how defensive he got when I returned it.Dane M. Piccone Sr.

I had my iphone 6 screen replaced at this location. The time frame in which they did the job and workmanship was spot on! However the product, glass is inferior! Its a generic glass and does not portray the vivid color the apple glass has! I had a glass protector on the original screen and they give you this line you dont need another one, we put on a liquid glass protector that dries clear to protect it I dont buy that either because mine has re-cracked twice!! Since its CRACKED, the warranty doesnt cover replacement?! the phone fell literally 1 foot onto tile and cracked? The price is as much as apple so you may as well go to an apple store and get a superior product.

I usually have a good experience @ Staples in Cressona.

Self serve copy and print center is garbage. Dont bother trying to log into google drive if you want to print. Instead bring a flash drive or youll end up spending an hour trying to log in. Also 30 cents per minute of using the computer and an entire dollar to print one page. High way robbery!
