The technician assigned to me, Mark (#791) was super friendly, efficient and helpful. Quick service, and very professional. Setting the appointment on the phone was incredibly easy. They were here as scheduled the next day to do the work. Would definitely recommend!

The absolute best automotive repair experience I have ever had. Website is incredibly fast, simple, and easy to setup a precise appointment time that is actually met on time. Front desk staff were stellar - friendly, pleasant, and great communication - automatic updates through the process were outstanding down to the minute the car would be ready to pick up. Wish every car repair experience was this smooth!

Automated system, couldnt get anyone on the phone. Left on hold for 12 minutes, then it hung up on me. It was much easier to drive an hour into the Bronx and get it installed on the spot.

If could leave zero stars I would. The tech, Joe, showed up a day late for the appointment. On top of this, when he cut out the windshield out for replacement he managed to cut through the remote start wires and the GPS wires which ruined the remote start and the GPS. It is impossible to reach anyone at Safelite. I’d avoid this awful company like the plague.

I got my car fixed today. The rear glass needed to be replaced. So far so good..well see..considered how popular this place is, which I found that out when looking for a place to get my car fixed, .I was surprised to see how limited the waiting area was, the waiting room and the working area seemed to be tight, I wouldve expected a bigger place..but the service is what matters thats for sure. And fair to mention, they gave me a discount 👍👍

I feel that the reviews on here are making this shop look bad than it actually is. They did a great job on my car. Windshield cracked all across and they brought it to me brand new. Installation was great, no leaks, no issues or anything. The people at the desk are very profesional and treat you well as well. I would return if ever needed to and I recommend to anyone trying to get a repair

I got a chip in my windshield on Friday and had it fixed by Saturday afternoon. Great work and they took care of the insurance paperwork making it even easier to get it fixed.

The management was accommodating. The windshield could have been cleaned better. They state that they clean your windows, but that didnt happen.

Made an appointment to get my windshield replaced. I went for my first appointment, and when I got there (30 min trip each way), they told me that the replacement glass was scratched and they couldn’t replace it. However, they were nice enough to bring me to the shop and show me the glass, and explain that it was an issue with the way the glass is transported there. After rescheduling for a few days later, I was able to come back in, and get my windshield replaced with no hassle, even tipped the mechanic $5 for some coffee.4 stars only because of the first windshield being unusable. They also will try to upsell windshield wipers, just don’t buy them. You can get the same quality at any store cheaper, and windshield wipers are very simple to replace on your own (even with very little car knowledge)

Dealt with Mike at the front desk today. It was a complete pleasure. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and let me know my windshield had been replaced by the previous owner which I did not know. I highly recommend coming to this location for all your windshield repair/replacement needs.

Had my insurance company call into the site and had Stephen show up at my home at the time he stated. Work was done within the time he stated and he was very detailed as to what was done and and covered what should be done afterwards. Very happy with the work and Stephen was a very good rep to the company. Very hard to find folks like him.

What a truly awful experience. So I made an appointment to get my windshield replaced a little while ago. The first appointment rolls around and they had to cancel do to snow, which is completely understandable. They reschedule me for the following week. I get a text saying my appointment is all good to go. A week later, on the day if my second appointment, it is getting late in the day and I havent heard from them. I have to ask my boss to take a minute (which ended up being 20) to call and see where they were. I call and I get an agent who is in Arizona. Im talking to him, and he is talking to the shop. The shop tells him first that there was a yes/no for me to select in the text (which there was not) and I had selected no (which I had not). So after I told the man in aArizona to tell the shop that this wasnt the text I had received, the shop changed their story and said they had sent out a cancellation text because of snow 4 days before my appointment. I had received no such thing. So now, they reschedule me AGAIN for another week away. I ask the man on the phone to make sure the appointment was made and he promised me it had been. So a little later in the evening, I call my insurance company to see if I can find an earlier appointment with a different company. She asked when my appointment was scheduled for, I tell her, and she tells me that I have NO APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULED FOR THAT DAY. An utterly horrific experience. I am mindblow at just how bad this shop is.

I used Safelite twice in the last five years for cracked windshields and never had an issue. One time they came to my job and replaced the windshield there, and another time I dropped my vehicle off at their shop. Easy in, easy out.

It took the three times to got three times to get the right window, then took them weeks to finally come in stall it.Then the installer must hadlarge buckle that left scratches on both sides of my vehicle. Not a very good experience.

Made an appointment to have my windshield replaced. They made a mistake and brought the wrong windshield at the time of the appointment. They were supposed to reach back out to setup another appointment and never did. Now when I call I can’t get anyone on the phone.... UNBELIEVABLE!

They told to do nothing as the chips were too insignificant. Honesty pays

My technician Stephen ID:****-*07 was excellent beyond expectations. He was personable, reassuring, and answeard all my questions. I had many questions. He came on time with the courtesy call prior to arrival being much appreciated. The windshield he put on my car looks flawless. He cleaned the windows, inside of car, and even my backup camera (that was a great touch). The time he spent on my car seemed appropriate and I was updated when everything was complete. Due to Stephen’s superior customer service skills I would recommend safelite and more so recommend him by name. That technician is what makes your company stand out from the rest. Safelite hires the right people. If Stephen were one of my employees he would climb the ladder really quick into customer relations. Honestly the company is lucky to have him as a employee. I was in and out in under an hour...

Horrible service, showed up 5 different times with the wrong equipment to fix my windshield, when they finally got around to it (month and a half after they planned) they ruined the lining in my car. Now they are saying they can’t fix it. “Unlimited warrantee”. Don’t trust this company. Never again.
