We went to three other mattress stores before stopping here. Dale knows his stuff! He was the only person who gave us advice that ultimately helped us find the RIGHT mattress. He bragged that none of his customers return their purchases (because he helps them get it right on the first try!) in short-he is super super knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect bed.

Reggie is the man; he is extremely nice and personable. I was very apprehensive about buying a mattress from a mattress Firm because of the Hassle my parents got a couple of months ago, but he is one of the only reasons the company acquired the sale. My parents are scars from what the company did to them last year and feel very cheated, but I am happy that he could help me and care about my ability to sleep. Hopefully, In the future, someone in the Poughkeepsie area will reach out to my family and me if they can fix the mistakes of past employees and make the situation right so they too can also say they had a good experience at Mattress Firm.

Bought a mattress in the Poughkeppsie store by the mall. The man who helped us, Nathan Steinhilber was fantastic, he knew his produce, helped us compare mattresses with no pressure. He knew all the benefits we could get and applied them for us. He made it painless and we got delivery the next day, on time, by two men who did a great job. They were Courteous neat and we’re in and out in no time flat.Mattress firm did a great job I’d recommend this company to anyone especially the salesman Nathan Steinhilber.

It was quick and easy. I called before to make sure they had what I was interested in. Everyone was friendly and it was the quickest in and out visit. Couldn’t have asked for better during a pandemic.

I needed to grab a few items at the Vitamin Shop and to my surprise, there was a Mattress Firm shop... It just so happens that I needed to find a queen sized mattress and metal bed frame for a sick friend of mine; however, due to covid and being unemployed, I had a small budget...but its something I wanted to do to help him. On top of that, I needed the mattress to already be boxed and asap.I dont even have enough words for Jeff as he made the process for me quick, easy, flexible but MOST importantly, he was genuinely sincere and patient as well as understanding of my situation. I went to the Poughkeepsie location near Dutchess Diner and Healey Chevrolet. A gentleman by the name of Thomas Wood assisted me. He was wonderful. He got me the mattress I needed, close to my budget and made it work within my time crunch. I cant stress enough how helpful he was, definitely worthy of 5 stars.

The store felt clean and there were clear markings in the building to encourage social distancing. My husband and I are incredibly happy customers! We purchased a king size mattress from this store and were pleased with the initial experience. The sales associate was pleasant and able to answer all of our questions. She was also extremely patient and gave us the space and time we needed to decide between our top two options. The positive experience continued through the delivery of our new mattress and adjustable base. The delivery team took extra care in our home and left no trace. After sleeping on our new mattress for awhile (past the 120 return/exchange window), my husband and I began having doubts about our selection. After some more time, we realized we had made the wrong choice. Our new mattress was just not the right fit for us. We were extremely disappointed and we felt stuck. With nothing to loose, I called the store asking for suggestions. We still owed a decent amount of money on a mattress we hated, and we were reminded of it every morning when we woke up in pain. When I called I spoke to Jeff. He sympathized with our situation and told us to stop into the store to see what he could do. Well, after visiting the store today my husband and I are even more impressed with the customer service weve received. Jeff was able to help us find a different mattress that should better fit our needs. He really listened to our concerns and did not try up-sell. To top it off, we were able to exchange our old new mattress. We are THRILLED to be able to fix our mistake and we are incredibly thankful for such a positive experience. As my husband said, we will certainly be back the next time we are in need of a mattress, and we will tell everyone we know what wonderful service we received both visits!

We went to buy two twin mattresses at Mattress Firm. We knew that Mattress Firm usually had the mattresses in stock so we tossed the old ones.Jeff was the salesperson we worked with and gave us a great Veterans Day deal on two twins. Unfortunately, after a few days we were told that the mattresses were back ordered for a a week, which turned into a month and still may not arrive at all! We waited patiently, for a month, but they never came in.I called Jeff who was able talk to his manager about the situation. They gave us two upgraded twin mattresses for the same price for our troubles. We have purchased many mattresses from Mattress Firm over the years, and will continue to do so.We really appreciate Jeff and Mattress Firm at the Route 9 Poughkeepsie Store for going the extra mile for us.

Jeff Janos knows how customers should be treated. After 6 weeks of back and fourth with customer service trying to get an exchange he took care of me in the store in less then 10 minutes. Maybe he should be in charge of the customer service department for you guys because they are horrible. I was disconnected several times from chat and even after giving them my contact information they did not call me back. Everyone blames everything on COVID well customer service once your in touch with someone has nothing to do with it. I am a repeat customer and have bought 2 beds in the last 2 years. I need one for my son and if Jeff is in Wappingers I will go to him otherwise I am going to the competition. Thanks again Jeff for the great customer service.

Mattress Firm sales the same thing every year nothing is different they price their mattresses so high that even when they put it on sale they still making a large profit on them you can have all their prices very low they just dont want to drop the price because theyll lose Commission on their sale Mattress Firm is a very very very overpriced

Ive been shopping around for a mattress after hearing the radio ads on K104. The radio ads made me think that maybe my back pain is due to my 15 yr old mattress. Cosmo at the Poughkeepsie Mattress Firm took the time to explain the differences between all the different mattresses and was able to get me into the right mattress at my budget.
