Excellent customer service. Staff very friendly. Prices are reasonable. Brought my 2015 Jeep Compass to get air horns, tint windows, rims dipped & everything came out wonderful & I couldnt be anymore happier. Definitely would reccomend

Terrible service. Quoted 1 hour for window tinting. Took 2 1/2 with nothing but excuses for the long delay. Come to find out that the window tints they sold me are illegal under the NY State Window Tint Law and car will not pass inspection. When I call to question them about this, they claim they tell every customer about the Law but then contradicted herself and said “technically there really isn’t a window tinting law in NY”. Yes there is and you should advise your customers of it. We were not told anything about the NY State requirements. Now they offer to remove the window tints for $80, let me go get it inspected and then come back and they’ll reinstall them. So now they want my money twice! Unethical and I can’t imagine how many hours this process would take them. No thank you. Stay away from this business. Unethical service and illegal products.

Brought my van for a few thousand dollars with of work had a problem with the radio not working was told it was going to be replaced. I marked the radio with a dot from a sharpie to see what would happen. The new radio had a sharpie dot on it was told by the owner oh we were going to replace it but.... He was busted and knew it. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE.They did replace the radio as I waited there but they did try to get over as well. This was a year ago waited to post this till the warranty was up didnt want trouble if I had to bring it back. NEVER went back to have the rest of my work done . Dont suggest you go here either .

This place has gone downhill since 3 years ago. I recommended this place to two other family members. Three years later my tint is coming off my car windows, my brothers tint has bubbles in it. My tire was never placed on correctly and not tightened after the rim was repainted. 2014 impala - at first the person refused to tint the car - should have taken his lack of confidence as a sign-as now the tint is falling off!

Had HID lights put in and was told theyre under a 1 year warranty, both failed so I contacted the business to find out theyre renovating and owner would contact me. Of course I didnt get a phone call cause they could care less about there customers.I took matters in my own hands and ripped the whole kit out threw in the trash and put my stock bulbs back in.Horrible customer service would never back there again.A word to the owner if you read this your customers should always be #1 regardless of anything. Always make good on your warranties and your word if you dont youll never succeed as a successful entrepreneur.

They use very cheap dyed window tinthad them tint the rear window on my car bubbles all in the tint and its fading turning colors a burnt yellow color this was done less then 1yr ago dont waste your time or your money

Window tinting is the best around. Cesar (tint installer) does amazing work. Auto Obsessions is definitely the real deal. Rims, music, tints, HIDs. Customize your whip. Go check them out.

This place does the best work hands down. Ive been through Bronx all the way up to Poughkeepsie and they are the best. The new staff is excellent. And the owner Ed is very helpful and knows what hes talking about.

Ed and the guys were great. Got me an appointment when I needed it and finished the job on time. They put tints on my car and the work was great. Definitely recommend this shop for tint installation.

I have taken all my vehicles here for the past 3 years. I have had my vehicles tinted had decks interior speakers subs amps etc. I have even had mechanicalwork done as well. I never had any issues. They always stand by their warrantees.

Way overpriced, Kenwood speakers that can be bought at amazon or Best Buy are $50. They charged me $170... They do ok installations however with my truck they seemed to have left it halfway done.... I had go pull my own seats out and install it myself. I really have nothing good to say. I will look elsewhere for my audio needs and so should you.

They helped me with a speaker/radio installation in my 93 corolla. These places usually want to push their own audio hardware at you. I explained I failed a diy, and they helped me out. Would be 5 stars but it seemed a bit expensive for what was done. And a few clips needed to be dealt with later on.

The installer broke my radio bezel on my 2004 maxima for a subwoofer and amp install. When I went to the store they said to me thats as best as its gonna be, Not only did the owner (Ed) lie to me about not being able to install my factory amp bass knob, but never gave me back my bass knob that I paid for. He then tried to pay me 40$ to remove my bad review and as a reimbursement for my bass knob that they probably sold to another customer. Save your time and go elsewhere. If youre looking for quality work just go somewhere else.

Great work and great people, dropped my GTR off for tints and when I went back to pick it up, car looked SICK! Perfect with a few bubbles which “dissipated” in 2 days, as I was told by the owner, Crazy Ed! I don’t understand why anyone would post bad reviews, which I’ve read and just simply don’t believe based on my experience with them . I’ll be posting pictures shortly of my GTR after they tinted it. Don’t go by only what you read, go by the finished product and after my experience with them, I learned that customers are never right

The father (Sied) and Son are not professional or decent business people!! I took my car there for an oil leak. the father cut out my exhaust because it was badly rusted and said i cant let you leave here with it like that i already ordered the new one. THAT WAS WRONG AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THAT WORK. YOU WERE ONLY THINKING ABOUT YOUR POCKET NOT ME. Now granted it was something i wanted done but what if i wasnt prepared to pay for it? They took on my AC job knowing damn well they couldnt complete it because they dont have all the tools. But did they tell me that up front? NO!! i had to wait till it got to the that point, then they were sending me to their shady friend down the road.I waited 7 weeks because there was no mechanic, and instead of calling me and saying no mechanic. I show up and they walk around like i dont have business with them. when i finally walk up to one of them, before i could speak we still dont have a mechanic come back next week. I got fed up and walked away with the existing problems. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!In response to your response below, about not being sure why i didnt call. If you and your son IGNORE ME, when i came to your shop as i stated above and didnt have the professional courtesy to call me with updates pertaining to the work you took on knowing very well you couldnt do it and you wondering why i didnt call? Very down to earth and honest about what should be done to the car and how much it would cost, showed prices and what he buys for and what he will give it to you as. Way better then Best Buy de to the fact that Best Buy only 1 year warrantys their installation not the actual speakers.

Always do great work on my cars did amazing on my Tc back in 11 and did great now on my 2010 accord well recommended

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! They should receive negative stars. They do not know what they are doing. They sold me a stereo that was not comparable with my car and then tried to lie to me that it was and that nobody could make any radio work in my brand new car. After several months of hassle and lies they agreed to give me a refund. They wrote me a check and gave it to me in an envelope UNSIGNED. When I went back they signed it but it BOUNCED. During all of this they would not return any of my calls. Finally after many threats to go to the police he refunded me in cash although did not reimburse me for the bounced check fee. When he put my factor radio back in he did not put the antenna in so I have no am/fm radio and will incurre an additional cost to have it installed. The owner Ed is a liar and a scammer.

I was quoted a price to tint my Corvette. They KNEW I was bringing in a Corvette. I arrived and was accused of arriving on the wrong day and I was then told their tinter refused to do the job due to the angled rear glass. The person I talked to said Do you want me to have him try?, I told him Sure, but Im not paying for a crap job. He then told me they couldnt do it so I left. They obviously have a terrible tinter as ANY other shop can tint curved rear glass. This place is a joke. They wasted my time because they have an amateur tinter.

By far the worst experience on multiple occasions. these people are a rip off. do not go here they are bad for business. the owner “Ed” can be very disrespectful too
