I am visiting my parents in NY from AL. My husband wanted to surprise me and sent a LARGE arrangement for our anniversary on 7/10/21. I know he paid good money for it. The arrangement had various fruits covered in white and dark chocolate. It was left outside at the front door. No one was home. It was a HOT and Sunny day.. My husband got notification it was delivered and when I didn’t call/text him, he called me to see if I received it. It had been a couple hours before someone was home and the white chocolate melted right off the bananas onto the strawberries. Dark chocolate was melting right off. The bananas started turning color, the cantaloupes got all funky,, fruit started dripping and shriveling from the heat. There was chocolate dripping and melting on the inside of the celaphane wrap. It looked horrible when you opened it… It smelled bad when I opened it and majority of it wasnt “edible”.. I tried calling several time throughout the weekend and the phone just rang with no machine/voicemail to leave a message.I am very disappointed the arrangement was left at the door in the heat. I’ve gotten calls from florists and Edible arrangements in the past notifying me they are making a delivery & it’s too hot to leave at the front door and asking me what would we like them to do. It’s not like the arrangement is packed in a cooler or or ice. This was a large arrangement that cost a lot of money and just left at the door. I find it ridiculous that this particular EA couldn’t think to do that! It’s CHOCOLATE and fruit… doesn’t mix well with lots of heat! I plan on continuing to call until I reach someone and I hope they do right by us.

The most expensive POOR service EVER. Expensive arrangement came too late for the party!! Driver said,Hey Im just a driver I start at 12. Store representative said it wasnt her responsibility!! Dont use them.They are not customer centered.

Recently went to here to order something for my parents anniversary and Katrina was so amazing to work with! She was so helpful and took her time to show me a whole bunch of options! My mom sent me a picture of the arrangement once it was delivered and it looked even better than the one in the catalog, so so so happy!

Our order was supposed to be ready at noon time is it. I came to pick up my order at 12:45 and it was not ready. I had to bring my son to his schedule event by 1 o’clock. They would not offer delivery without a fee even though they were running late. Very poor management and a phone call to let me know that the item was behind schedule would have been appreciated. Now I have to make a separate trip all the way out to pick the item up. I previously ordered from the Kingston location without any problems and will use this location in the future.

I called this morning to send someone something nice from edible arrangements today from your Poughkeepsie store a gentleman answered the phone was very rude had no customer service at all I am highly upset because he told me that they were slammed and could not take my order over the phone and sent me to a online service this is totally unacceptable if people do not like the job they should go and find a new one

Asked for no grapes. Got grapes. Barely anything has chocolate on it. I usually love these guys but I went to a different location this time. Go to the one off spackenkill instead. They’ve never messed up my order and I’ve ordered quite a few times.

Great customer service

Paid for the balloons, but decided I did not want the balloons. I called them and told them I did not want a refund, but just don’t send the balloons. What do they do? They send the balloons anyway. Other than that the valentine was happy.

The fruits are good and fun. The chocolates are amazing.That said, the customer service of this local store in Poughkeepsie is unhelpful, stilted, and not in the least bit customer oriented.

Arrangement and chocolate covered strawberries were very nice. I was very disappointed they forgot the balloons I wanted and paid for. This was for two occasions and I wanted the balloons for that reason and to make arrangement festive. what I paid, I thought it would be an awesome arrangement.

I bought 12 pack of strawberries, they were GREAT! the lady that works there was amazing. She was so nice! It was my first time buying from them. I plan on buying again! Thank you !

It was my first time ordering from Edible Arrangements (8/25/2020) and I was very disappointed. This was because what was advertised was not what I got. I contacted the store the next morning and informed them about this and they apologized and gave me a partial refund. Despite the false advertisement, the treats tasted great. I would give Edible Arrangements another try.

Ordered for delivery on Valentines - easy ordering and easy refund!I realize my order was last minute however there was very little professionalism from this business for such an expected busy day. The arrangement was for my daughter at her place of work (also noted as business on the order). When she left work at 5, it was not delivered. I called this store at 8:30pm and they still said it was being delivered and in-transit. We told our daughter and she went to dinner with her bf then went back to her place of work afterwards (which closed at 10) and it still was not delivered. Shouldn’t an order to a business have a time frame in mind? As of 10:30am today (the day after Valentine’s Day), the order was still not delivered. If the order could not be fulfilled then someone should have called or the order should not have been able to be placed.I went to the store and asked for a refund - which was given with a smile and without argument. I even offered to buy the arrangement without the delivery fee but was told that they were on the truck and it wasn’t possible.I guess they really didn’t want my money.

Never will I get anything down this location again I spent well over enough money and the fruit was old they didn’t clean the strawberries they have me dead roses I’m highly disappointed I wasted my money

I recently ordered a large, beautiful arrangement from the Route 9 Poughkeepsie Edible Arrangements store. The fruit was incredible! It was so fresh and sweet (and the white chocolate-dipped pineapple is beyond my ability to describe just how delicious it was). The customer service was excellent, as Ive always found it to be in Edible Arrangements stores. If you are looking for a really special gift that your friends/ family will love, this is it! They also offer a free rewards program, where you get a free box of chocolate-dipped fruit after every third order you place.

The fruits were perfectly ripe and delicious! The owners and employees are super nice and they definitely are helpful when trying to pick out the perfect arrangement. Best place to go when you’re in need of a nice / different gift!

The Strawberries are always fresh and juicy

I received a nice arrangement yesterday at my office -- Berry Chocolate Love Daisy. Its was very thoughtful of the anonymous sender(Who could it have been?). Although Its driving me nuts who sent it, it reminds me what a wonderful gift idea Edible Arrangements are for friends, lovers, family, and business associates.

IF YOU ORDER, YOU WILL BE SUED! STAY AWAY! I wish I could give this location zero stars. My mother had placed an order for delivery on valentines day for my girlfriend and I. As you might remember it was snowing on valentines day, the employee who delivered the package took a fall (I believe to be on purpose) and is now suing the homeowners. I highly recommend to never use this service again, the employees are scoundrels.

I ordered a Birthday arrangement from them, they told me they would make it. I gave the lady my credit card and she told me it did not go through. I told her I would drive down to pay her in person. To make a long story short they charged my card for an arrangement they could not make! The lady did NOT call me back to confirm that she charged my card, and when I went into the store she was still trying to receive payment from me! The people in this store are very unprofessional, especially Patti! I would never go back to this store again!!!!! WORST PLACE EVER!

1st. I recently made a order for Thursday (same day) an they called me saying they had to reschedule it for Friday due to time issues2nd. I ordered specifically a celebration box which should of included WHITE birthday cake chocolate and regular chocolate strawberries but instead Id received something totally different.I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!

They don’t even deserve a star. Order a 100$ fruit setup for my mother for Mother’s Day and the fruit was smooshed and rotted not a single piece of fresh fruit on it. When I went to show them she wouldn’t refoubd the money and threatened to call the police when I asked to speak to her manager. Worse money spend

As the Owner of the Edible Arrangements of Poughkeepsie, I can assure you that the Drivers fall was not intentional, as he incurred a broken leg and had surgery later that evening. Incidents are handled by insurance and accidents are unavoidable. It was disgusting, Spencer, that you left him injured sitting outside in a snowbank waiting for an ambulance alone and now accuse him of injuring himself intentionally. I hope you enjoyed your Valentines Day gift.

Spent over 100 dollars worth of arrangements and the next day I found molded strawberries. My bf took it back and one of the workers agreed that there was mold, apologized, took it back and told us the manager would contact us. We wait 3 days to hear back from the manager and only because I called. The owner tells me there are no molded pieces and she refuses to help. Order from somewhere else. My boyfriend has spent over 500 dollars on arrangements in a year from here! The least she could’ve done is give us our money back or make us another arrangement worth what we originally paid. I only had 3 strawberries before I noticed the mold.
