So, I place an order, since the item I was looking for is only distributed through them. The shipping charges and website ordering are both sketchy, and sure enough, 2 emails, followed by 2 phone calls (leave a msg), and no response. Been over a month now... Ridiculous..

These guys have no idea whats in their inventory but will still charge your credit card, then act extmerly confused . find another cigar site this online store is extremely amateur.
