I don’t care if the store is under new management. When you don’t honor my insurance company plans it’s called theft of service. Please don’t raise the hostility level by telling me to contact my insurance company. This time I really needed the medication for Lyme disease 🦠. What I really need is another company I can rely upon!

Pharmacy staff extremely rude, curt, and disorganized. Use a different pharmacy!

Christ was very rude and impatient. My appointment was 11:50 and I was there 11:40. The line was long when finally I got to window he said I was late and I should present confirmation number. He pushed me leaving. I said I waited 1 hr already and let me call my wife to check the confirmation number. But he waived his hands to force me leave. He should had known I was late because of the long line. He didn’t do this to other customers but just to me. Other each customer in front of me was received at least 10 min, but he forced me leaving after only 2 min. Actually only 30 seconds later My wife called and told me the confirmation number. I felt I I was singled out and be treated rudely and impatiently. Iwasn’t treated at an appointment level in terms of time and polite attitude. Even walk-in customers shouldn’t get pushed in such a rude way.

Nasty woman Cynthia there closed the pharmacy early and wanted to argue when I caught her red handed lowering the gate at 855 and I came from all the way across town to pick up my prescription. Some people shouldnt be working at a pharmacy. Completely unprofessional. If this is the CVS standard I dont want to deal with them anymore.

Wait time to pick up prescriptions is ridiculous!!! What’s the point of having two lanes if the second lane is always closed!!! Bring a book and a blanket you’ll be waiting at least an hour

One of the pharmacy staff was unprofessional at the pick up, asked me to go to the consultation window to confirm my name and date of birth and when I got there the other staff told me I don’t need any confirmation and my med is ready. I hope it’s a coincidence not a deeper

I went to this store Thurs. morning after a dr. appt to get something I was told I needed to get from pharmacy.When a worker loudly said I dont know why people arent staying home. Do you think people go to a drug store cause they want to have a fun day out! I get you work at a store where sick people may be going to and thank u for still working..But there alot of people who lost jobs and dont even have money to go buy essential stuff at moment be happy u still have a job..Or maybe quit to give some one else opportunity to.

The staff were very unfriendly and miserable. Didn’t even say have a good day just said here. And the smell of the place smelled like moth balls.

Ive been a customer for over 20 years. Most of the staff are unfriendly and not personable especially on the phone. I have not asked difficult questions but it always seems like an inconvenience.. They answer pharmacy and thats it. Before they moved to the new location they were always friendly and personable. Now they act like you are a problem. This is the first review I have ever written in my life. The one tech who was friendly and helpful left. This isnt difficult stuff either.

The staff at the pharmacy in this location are very cold and unfriendly. They seem as if they have no interest in working with customers when that is what they signed up for. They are not interested in going the extra step for a patient. Or even helping them out. The Fishkill location is wonderfully staffed. The Poughkeepsie staff could learn a thing or two from them.

I always get friendly service. Things can be a little pricey though.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Theyre always late filling my prescriptions because they never seem to have anything in stock, nor do they ever appear to order anything. My medication is always filled a minimum of 3-4 days late because they never have it in stock.They were sending my sensitive information to a random phone number that they linked to my account, and when I told them I didnt want some stranger to get my info, the cashier refused to take the number off unless I gave them my phone number to replace it. I had to go to the manager just to get it taken off.If you call to ask if your meds are ready, they give you an attitude.And finally, they overcharge for everything. They charge almost 30 dollars for a medication that anyone else charges about 5 dollars for after insurance. Youre far better off going to the pricechopper pharmacy right down the road from this CVS.

I dont use the pharmacy here but the store usually has in stock what I need. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

The pharmacist blew my hipaa out of the water. Totally unprofessional... Call me at my house because they gave me too much pain medication and wanted it back which I did but cant believe that they are taking medicine from somebodys house and giving back to somebody else

I only read at the CVS two stars because they have everything that I needed except when I went to pick up my prescription a car is nerve through the pharmacy it was terrifying they need thicker walls or they need less cars driving into the building I was scared for my life to stars
