Great place for jewelry. Staff is the best. Got our engagement and wedding rings here and anytime we come in they clean them for free. They also do regular inspections, and stand behind their work. True professionals. They have a Master Jeweler on site for repairs and alterations. Located next to the mall, but do not buy jewelry there, by good quality real jewelry here at the Diamond Mine.

Okay so if you’re searching for an engagement ring stop here and talk to Jeff. I looked at several online sites and multiple stores in person looking for something special and Jeff made it happen. Not only do they have a nice store but they also have an in-house jeweler who actually made the ring I wanted from a couple photos I took from a website, customized it to my liking and it turned out beautifully!!! Other places told me they could order a ring I picked out and have it in 4-6 weeks, but these guys made it themselves start to finish in only 10 days and the quality is fantastic! And the best part of dealing with these guys is there polite and professional attitudes. Truth is I was quite rude with them one day because of the ring hunt stress and other personal things but Jeff was a real gentleman, handled it well and STILL TOOK CARE OF ME! Don’t try to save a dollar by shopping around, stop in and talk to Jeff or Rob, find something you like online, and they will bring it to life with quality, class and professionalism.

Had such a wonderful experience. I went in with ideas for customizing a piece of jewelry and worked with Rob. He was committed to making it exactly what I was looking for and it was not an easy task. I have been going to the Diamond Mine for as long as I can remember. I’ve had many jewelry repairs done as well as bought many items. Both owners have always been excellent! This past purchase I had wanted a heart shaped ring. They did not have any in stock so over a few month, Every time they went down to purchase items They sent me pictures of the different heart shaped rings to see if I liked any. I had to have my watch fixed while on vacation and they took such great care of me. Being from Palm Beach, service is a huge thing for me and the staff couldnt have been more accommodating! This is likely the worst review Ive ever posted, and Im sorry to have to do it but, The Diamond Mine has shameful customer service. My experience was met with rudeness and neglect. Ive not experienced a worse time in a jewelery store, and to think I had planned to buy my wedding band there. A co owner seemed to try his hardest to ignore me the moment I walked in (I was the only one in there too) and when I asked him to check a stone, he cheekily provided an arrogant answer to brush me off after looking at it, and even insulted me for thinking the stone might be of some worth. Now, if you are thinking thats not that bad, listen to this– I asked to see wedding bands and explained what I was looking for, the same man offered bare minimum direction to a case, and stood over me, almost huffing that I was taking up his precious time. I asked innocent questions I already knew the answer to, and tried on a band to see if hed finally begin to treat me like an actual buyer. Instead he immediately dismissed me without a word, and went to receive another customer who had just entered to pick up her order. I decided to browse and wait for him to return but, he just ignored me after the woman left. At that point, I walked out vowing never to return and to actually tell people about my awfulI experience. Buyers beware! If you want great jewelery go to Des Jewelers.

Ive been buying at the Diamond Mine for many years. I first went there approximately 18 years ago to purchase an engagement ring. Both Rob and Jeff were welcoming and patient. They are super knowledgeable about jewelry and, especially, diamonds. I had to return several times because it was a difficult decision (I mean, I was spending thousands of dollars!). I never felt pressured. For my final choice, I wasnt completely satisfied with the diamond. I noticed a tiny black spot under the magnifying glass. Rob understood and said he would get me a better diamond. One week later, I returned and he had found me a perfect diamond for the setting I chose.Fast forward nearly two decades and I went back for another engagement ring. Beautiful jewelry, great customer service, perfect repairs. Walked in this afternoon to have 2 rings sized, ended up walking out with my rings on my finger and a beautiful necklace (impulse late birthday gift to me) around my neck.

These guys were great! I was undecided on the band I wanted for my ring so they ordered in a few different ones for me to try. They were very kind and patient, absoluetly would get more bling from them.

Both Rob and Jeff are compete class acts. Extremely knowledgeable and not pushy salesmen at all. I travel over 2 hours to go there if I ever need anything.Bought my fiancé’s engagement ring from them. Knew exactly what I was talking about when I told them what I was looking for. Explained in complete detail every aspect of buying a loose stone and the band. Explained every detail of the GIAA certificate and what each item listed means. Helped me choose and pointed out why certain stones of same cut color clarity were differently priced. This process took me several weeks of going to him, questioning each aspect before I made a decision and not once were they pushy or seem annoyed that I was asking questions. They treated me with kindness and respect each and every time. Once I decided, he made the ring and was ready incredibly fast. Best part is they have a booth in the diamond district in NYC where they brought it for me so I didn’t have to travel 2+ hours as I’m already in the city.Went back for wedding bands. Took time to explain every different metal and finish for us. Again a long process where we looked at dozens of rings and they were extremely happy to help.Overall they handled us with patience, care and treated us like family. 2 honest, great guys in a business where you don’t typically see that. Will definitely be back for any and all needs in the future.

I was blown away by the selection, quality and customer service at the diamond mine. I cant get over how Jeff & Rob bent over backward for me. I had picked out my wedding band and loved it but after getting married I found it was a little tight on my finger and uncomfortable after calling them they told me to come in and see if I liked something else or they would see if they could get the right size of the one I picked. Not only did they get multiple sizes in many small increment differences, for me to try on to get a perfect fit they did it in less then 24 hrs and this is was done weeks after my wedding. And to top it off I ended up going with a slightly different ring then the one I originally picked out. And all without any pressure to pick from the ones they ordered for me, I cant get over how honest and professional they are and how much they go out of their way to make the customer 110% happy. Not to mention the engagement ring and wedding band my wife got from there are beautiful, she gets so many compliments on them. If your looking for a jeweler you can trust and one that you know will be there for you 110% before and after the sale go to the Diamond Mine in Wappingersfalls and see for yourself. Unprofessional! Went in to sell an 18k gold bracelet, was told it was 14k and only offered $195. Went to a REAL jeweler, and was offered $400. Well Ill never go back to the Diamond Mine, and deal with dishonest people.

Guy there today showed no interest in helping me. I went in for some custom jewlery work and didnt even get to finish explaining my ideas i felt so disrespected. As if he was looking down on me . I will never give this place my money .
