If I could rate this place zero stars I would. They are never open when they are supposed to be, and they are not very helpful.

Did not have my Michigan Wolverines Hat I was a little disappointed. Clean store with a friendly sales staff.

Called 5 times to inquire about a product. Each time the call was declined/terminated. Great customer service!

I didnt get what I wanted on my hat which I know they could have done it then they told me it would be done in 20 minutes and the hat never got done so i had to come back the next day

Mainly sports team hats but some nice neutral stylings as well.

Got a custom hat and Martika spent alot of time calling me back and asking me questions to ensure that the lid came out exactly the way I wanted it. She rocks!

Do you lack style? Is your head cold? Like loud logos on your outer-wear? Need a Hat? Wanna drop 30$ on one? Theyd never get away with prices like those if this place was called HATS instead of lids.
