We are very satisfied with the service we receive from Express Fuel. Rose, their office assistant is always pleasant and accommodating. They have price match too. The drivers are friendly and nice.

I have been using Express Fuel for 10+ years. The deliveries have always been timely, the price has always been competitive and never has there been any discrepancy in billing. There is never any mess around the fill. I have an outside tank and I have never had any gelling issues in the cold weather with express heating oil.

First time using them September 2018 was a breeze. Price was cheaper than the competitors and delivery was smooth; HOWEVER. This time around January 2019 when it’s cold and really needed. They scheduled me for a delivery that just NEVER SHOWED UP. They called and told me the guy would be at my address within an hour my fiancé left work early and waited the whole day for a no show no call. When I called the following day they told me they don’t know what happened and the delivery will be there when it can no guarantee. My fiancé was upset and said “we should be one of the first deliveries being that the guy never showed up” upon delivery they employee did not turn on the boiler and we are out $400 and still no heat. I have contacted my landlord who is going to take care of it but proceed with caution as they do not care.

Ive been using them for years. Theyve always had the best price and never an issue with delivery.

Its been less than 5 degrees at night for the passed week and I cant get in contact with this company . Odd because a few companies Im having the same problem with. Nobody is assisting in this issue .

Last post hit the nail on the head. If you want your card charged without your consent or delivery scheduled without your knowledge then this is your company. An outright discrace of a business.

Great service, prompt delivery

I have only used them for a couple months but have had zero issues.

I have been getting oil delivery from Express fuel for almost 10 years now.I never had billing problems or any issues.Those 1 star reviews are pitiful.
