Great movie theater! The people working at the counter are very nice, the place was clean, and it was an overall great movie experience. I would definitely recommend it.
Beautiful Mall with tons to see! Stores are well kept and organized! Fun Mall to visit just to pass time. Best Buy here is excellent!

Only went to CVS in Target and was told the pharmacist quit and theyd call when there was a pharmacist who can give me my shot. No thanks. I went elsewhere. I was in and out of the store in under 5 minutes.
Seems to be ever evolving with the times, Ive been going here for over 25 years it has always been a great place to get together with friends and go shopping or see a movie.

Very enjoyable mall. Some unique stores here, but most are what you would expect in any other mall. Pizza place from here is half decent for being mall food
Nice clean mall to walk around, eat and shop. It offers all typical services and stores one expects to find in a mall, and has a 16-room movie theater too. Prices are overall reasonable and one can find the occasional great sale. It gets quite busy during the holidays, not so on a regular day. It could use more built-in restaurants.

Nearly everything one needs under one roof! Expansive mall in two wheelchair-accessible stories. Big-box retailers and smaller franchises as well. Gastronomy and entertainment. Multiple entrances to the mall, including through some storefronts. Security and custodians stay vigilant, so the Galleria is safe and clean. The parking lot has enough space for two counties’ worth of cars.

Clean. Nice stores, many closed stores. Womens handicapped stall ridiculous. Grab bar on opposite wall of stall . Useless. Toilet in wrong place. Wheelchair cant fit.

I love shopping at the Poughkeepsie Galleria! Theres plenty of stores to offer you great items for really great prices. You can find practically anything you need here or have fun just looking around. You can go see a movie, eat at the food court, get your hair done etc. Just a nice place to be out and about in.
Clean. Nice variety of stores and the food area was clean and spaced out for covid compliance. You seen one big indoor mall you seen em all. Traveling Buddha was lovely to patron as well. Would recommend that.

Very clean and well maintained. Large variety of shops and food.
I hate shopping here but its the only decent mall nearby unfortunately. Its always packed and I mean PACKED everybody and their mother feel the need to be here all day everyday which is just annoying. I will say though that the mall is always clean, including the stores and you can pretty much find anything you need here.

Stores are fine.i personally think masks should still be worn an 6 ft rules in place.weve new worse 1 now.i wont be in any malls again anytime soon.amazon is safer an better
I liked all the places only there need more store when the customer interesting for example for motivation at people olds, adults,yonguer because there are more boys

No cap, I am so happy that this place exists. From Target, to Macys, and Sears, theres just so much things to do, buy, and use here. Theyre entertainment is just enough for me. Like a racing track, OMG entertainment (I think its called that), movie theater, and an arcade, you should go here. The only qualms I have about this place are that Ruby Tuesdays closed down, and its packed. But anyways, go here. Great for a quick stop to get the things you need, or want.

I went there to buy some things but I couldnt afford. It is a beautiful place with so goods.
Clean, quick shopping experience provided for guests. There are now checkouts with certain departments, so one no longer has to wait in a line to checkout. This is a nice plus at this location. There were no long lines for checkout, proper social distancing is enforced for all guests. Overall new protocols allowed for a pleasant experience.
Chinese food is excellent. Nathans and others as well.

Actually, I couldnt figure out how to rate Scotch Bonnet Restaurant in Mall that is part of the Food Court. Its next to H & M. Excellent Jamaican food. Especially, the oxtail dinner, pigeon peas and rice, cabbage and add some sweet plantains. So gooood! The patties are good also. The servings sizes are great.

Hmm. Thought I would take the kids shopping and enjoy the day.. 8 minute gocart ride, was 80 something dollars.. we didnt do it.. and that explained why there was 1 person there driving.. walked in.couldnt find any employees.. when I did.. heard the price and walked out..

The Galleria is what it is. Typical suburban mall though nothing special. Still lots of stores and not one of those dead malls that eventually gets turned into a Home Depot.
This is probably my favorite Mall. Unfortunately many of the stores are closed the butt still a good time when you go. They have floor signs marking one-way traffic and 6 feet distance. Several stores have customer limits posted on their windows. Hopefully they can be full functioning again soon so I can go here again.

Good, large regional mall, with an ok variety of major anchor stores like Target, Best Buy, Macys, Sears, a cinema, many clothing stores, and a range of restaurants.The raised parking lot seems to always to be under extensive repair. This mall is still popular to young kids. The problem I see is pricing. Mall is clean and seemingly endless.Everyone has the right to choose whats best for them but I think this mall needs to change. Further I think the Pyramid Company NEED to lower the rents for the non anchor stores so they can lower their prices and be more competitive.Otherwise and till then your/our best bet is still comparison shopping online rather than walking thru endless stores and maybe not finding what your looking for.

Never a must do destination even when things where better and we lived without Covid -19, but to walk through this mall now is like a scene from The Walking Dead. Unless you need to go there is no reason to go. A spot that may never recover fully post Covid.
Very clean facility. Wearing a mask was a recommendation for shopping there but not mandated. Alot of new places to eat at the food court. And they have a pancake factory opening soon
Was kinda crazy packed the last time I went. Most people had their masks on. Didnt really see anyone being strict about it though. Bring your own dtrolled the red race carts are locked up.
This place has continued to go down hill for years, and covid made it even worse. They had people to clean tables to sit at, but let 1 person sit in a 4 person table with like no where else to sit... ignorance and lazy workers plain and simple.

Since the beginning of COVID, all stores I frequent have been incredibly accommodating, however I do feel like a lot of the sales people in each store have gotten a bit pushy. Its understandable, but I would like some space (whether COVID related or not).

I really like the non- chain stores in this mall especially The Traveling Budda store. If you have never been there, I guarantee it will become one of your favorite stores one you have been there. It is worth the hour plus drive!

Well spaced seating during this pandemic. The server (Alex) was kind and very attentive. I had the classic burger with cheese which was cooked medium as requested. The oreo sundae was super delish.
This mall has really fallen off. Lots of fly by night businesses. Ill just go to Danbury Mall.
Cool place to chill and see people esp. now during COVID. Would recommend building a kids play area-- that would definitely make it more appeal esp for parents
