Bought a very clean 08’ MazdaSpeed 3 from this dealer. Joe was very nice and transaction went super quick. They did unknowingly sell me the car with part of the exhaust basically broken in two. (Though the car did have an aftermarket exhaust and so you couldn’t tell from it just being on). Furthermore, I didn’t get around to driving the car and getting underneath it to find the damage until 3 months later after purchase. However! After making contact with R&R they immediately worked out a solution for me and compensated me for the repair that had to be done. Fantastic business and excellent customer service. Would buy from this dealer again.

I had been looking for a used Corvette for several month’s, when I came across R&R Auto Sales. I’m from upstate, just 10 miles from Syracuse. As was the inside of his shop/office.I took the car out for a test drive and when I got back to his shop he took time to answer all my questions and walk me through some of the vehicles features.We made a deal on the spot. Joe also provided me with the name of a guy who could trailer the vehicle to my house in an enclosure trailer. It was delivered that same week and everything went off without a hitch.I will definitely refer people to R&R Auto Sales and directly to Joe, and look forward to more business with them in the future.

I just purchased a 2011 Corvette from Joe at R&R Auto Sales and it was by far the best car buying experience ever!! I drove over 7 hours to pick up this car and it was worth every second of it. Pretty much everything was taken care of before I got there so I was in and out of there in about an hour. The car was every bit as nice as he said it was! On top of everything, the car did not have the original floor mats with it and without me even asking, he told me he had already ordered original factory Corvette floor mats for it and he would ship them to my house! He would not have had to do that and I dont imagine very many dealers would even if asked! Also, every car you buy from him comes with a 90 day warranty in case anything would go wrong. I asked him if he would extend mine a little since I was buying it in February and once I got it home, it wouldnt be driven for probably a few more months and he did!! I was initially hesitant to shop for a used truck at a smaller independent dealership due to the bad rap they usually get and most get it for good reason. That’s not the case at R&R, I spotted a very nice, well optioned truck online and called ahead to make sure it was still on the lot and to get a feel for its actual condition before I drove 1.5 hours to look at it. I spoke to Joe on the phone and he assured me it was even nicer in person than it was in the photos which is never the case. I went down the next day to check it out, Joe handed me the keys, told me all about the truck and with no pressure, no breathing down my neck let me go outside and take my time going over every inch of it. I was sold on it’s physical appearance, the truck was immaculate, spotless inside and out. I couldn’t believe it was a 6 year old truck but that’s the kind of inventory at R&R, looking around the lot and talking to Joe you can tell these are hand picked, high quality and cared for vehicles, they aren’t bringing in trailer loads of quick flip auction vehicles.Joe put a plate on the truck and again with no pressure told me to take my time taking it for a test drive. The truck had a minor tire pressure issue but Joe had it taken care of while i grabbed lunch so I would be able to take it home that day. I already had financing in place but Joe handled all of the paperwork registration/insurance quickly and efficiently.To sum up my experience at R&R, the lot/office/showroom was very clean with a quality selection of vehicles.Joe is a cool guy, obviously passionate about what he does and cares about his reputation which these vehicles obviously represent.The whole process was extremely laid back and streamlined. Joe not only has the cleanest lot around he has some of the best vehicles around. Cars aside, Joe is a great guy with a good heart. I drove my shiny new car off his lot with pride and promptly blew a tire on a ragged old nail in the road. Joe had already closed up for the day but knew I was in a bind so he returned to his lot (as did I on my spare) where he fixed the tire faster than I could thank him. I flew out from Michigan to buy from him and drove my new wheels 670 miles home without hesitation—and Id do it again! He knows cars and he knows quality but most of all he cares about people and making sure his customers are happy.

Stay away from the dealership and Joe. Bought a 2005 Corvette for 24K from Joe told it is “like new”. Iimmediately after purchase on ride back to my house in Ct. the car had fuel sensor issues and the fuel tank went to Empty. When Joe was told the fuel sensor issue was involved and expensive to repair. He went back on his original word to let the repair be done under the 90 day warranty in Ct. Has since not not responded to numerous emails and phone calls. I am now stuck with over 2000 dollar repair bill along with some other expensive issues with the car. Great Owner... Trucks & Cars are Immaculate!

Looked for the best deal on an off-lease Jeep for weeks before finding a hidden gem at R & R. I figured Id be stuck going to a dealership, but Joe had a super low mile, well equipped Grand Cherokee that still had over half of the manufacturers warranty left on it.Being winter, most of the dealers had cars with snow and ice all over them, making it difficult to see the vehicles outer condition, but Joe was the only one (of over a 1/2 dozen dealer visits) to take the time to not only clear the snow, but wash the car off before bringing it out for us to drive!There was absolutely no pressure to purchase, but was always prompt to reply to any questions I had via e-mail or text! In the end, I have no doubt that I got an excellent car at one of the best prices around! If youre in the market, I wouldnt hesitate for a moment to check R & R Auto out!(as an added bonus, Joe let me know he was able to get the 2nd set of keys and would send them to me with the final paperwork! Also, they were accommodating enough to pick me up at the local train station so my wife didnt need to drive me the 1.5 hour trip down!)

Oh no stay clear of this place. Typical salesman here..lies lies lies. Bought a 2007 BMW was told great car no problems we knew the former owner we only sell good cars here weve been in business for years and have a good reputation 3 months later and after 4k in repairs and still needing an ABS pump, which is another 4k... its not such a great car. To make things even worse the car had a blown tail light on the day I purchased it, salesman Joe no biggie ill fix the taillight, Ill send it to you in the mail still trying to figure out how it passed NY state inspection... anyways... 4 months later after getting 2 lights which werent even correct for the car, I gave up and bought my own light.. $150.00 took me 3 days to get it from parts geeks... well I guess I can look on the bright side of things... I still have one of the wrong lights Joe sent for some random car....come on! Paid 18k cash, no finacing, no bs and this is how im treated. Be warned stay clear dont buy a car here actually dont buy anything sold here.
