We were so happy to find and use Bouncy Time Party Rentals! I dont usually write reviews, but we were so pleased with how easy they made it for us. We purchased the 2-in-1 slip n slide water slide for my daughters birthday. Every step in renting the slide, getting it delivered, the set-up and pick-up was made very easy thanks to Andrew and Kevin Troy. They sent emails, setting up details and delivery, making things a lot easier when you are dealing with all the details of planning a party! The day before the party, they delivered the slide and set it all up. They were very thorough and made sure the slide was running good and cleaned it all off. My daughter and her friends had the best time and even some of the adults went on afterwards as well! We had a blast. The next day, they called me to set up a time that was good for me to come pick up the slide. So we had it for two days and two nights total. It was great! Highly recommended and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

They are an absolute pleasure to do business with! I wish all businesss and their owners were so easy to work with, they actually value their customers and their needs. Our church had a lawn party/picnic that was a huge success for all, largely because of the Bouncy Time Obstacle Course we had available. Young kids and teens enjoyed climbing and sliding, rolling and bouncing through the course. The management was very easy to work with; they were friendly and on time delivering and picking up the equipment. This is the 3rd time we have rented an inflatable through Bouncy Time Party Rentals and we have already made our reservation for 2022!

Bouncy Time came the day before and set up quickly. Andrew was great and was sure to answer all my questions. The bounce castle was a huge hit! Kids loved it. Andrew returned the day after the party to collect the bounce castle. Loved the promptness and wonderful customer service. Will absolutely be using again.

I couldnt say how much we appreciated the ease and experience. The bouncy castle we rented for our 9 year olds party (Tropic) was incredible, the children had endless fun, the bouncy castle was in amazing condition.It was just the right amount of thrill and fun.Andrew took great care in the set up and break down, the castle got a cleaning in both processes, so that was great to see, something I have never seen, and we have rented from other places.We will be renting again in the fall for the next birthday!Thank you!!

This company treats their customers right! From the first inquiry to pick up, they were so accommodating. It was super easy to book for my date. The bounce house was clean and spotless. Everyone we were in contact with were wonderful. The process was so easy and affordable. The best part was that they delivered the day before our party and picked up the day after. My son was so happy to have an extra day of bouncing and I loved that I didnt have to stress about the tables and chairs getting there in time. We absolutely will be using them again.

Had an amazing experience with Bouncy Time. Rented a tent and the princess combo. They were great with communication, professional,flexible and so accommodating ! Delivery was prompt the day before and set up quick! I contemplated moving the event to Sunday since it was supposed to rain the day of my planned event which was Saturday. To make my life easier they gave me the option to have the rentals picked up Monday ! These guys were just excellent and so kind! 5 star company indeed !

Bouncy Time is amazing! They are so nice and timely. They left the rental here for multiple days and were so easy going. Rented a bouncy castle a couple years ago. And just rented the wave wet/dry slide for my kid’s combined birthday party and they had a blast! Will always choose bouncy time party rentals first! I used Bouncy Time Party Rentals for the second year in a row and they did not disappoint! This year I rented the 2-in-1 Slip and Slide and it was a big hit, it was enjoyed by everyone from my 3 year old niece to myself. Kevin and Andrew were again so helpful; the slide was dropped off the day before my event and they even let me choose the from two different pick up days. Their prices are fair and very competitive. I will be renting from Bouncy Time again next year as well!

If I could give 10 stars I would, Andrew was great, we didn’t have to do anything on our end as far as set up - it was quick and efficient. We ordered the blue wave slide which is perfect for both adults and children. We would definitely order again and tell everyone we know about this business!

Bouncy Time Part Rentals was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We rented their tropical themed bounce house for my daughters birthday. They scheduled set up for the day before to ensure that we had the entire day to enjoy the bounce house. When they came to set it up, we were told that we could keep it for a couple of additional days at no extra cost! They were easy to work with, scheduling drop off and pick p around our schedule. The kids had such a blast bouncing and it helped to make my daughters birthday special since, due to the pandemic, we were not comfortable letting her have a regular birthday party with a lot of kids. I rented the Princess combo with the addition of the snow cone machine. I was highly pleased with the attentive and friendly customer service they provided me which made the whole process a breeze. Delivery was smooth and prompt. Safety procedures are explained thoroughly to avoid any injury. Lastly, my kids had a complete BLAST! They enjoyed making their very own scones creating rainbow colors. Best part of all; my husband was told we’d have extra days with the rentals at NO COST to us. My kids were elated!! The brothers over at Bouncy Time are some of the nicest and most professional individuals weve ever had the pleasure of working with. Cheaper and more generous terms than anywhere else we checked out. We were allowed to keep the bouncy house for almost 48 hours, which was super fun for my son even beyond his party. Made it wirth the price, which was half the price of other places that only allowed you to keep the equipment for mere hours. Would definitely order again!

We rented the 17 feet water slide and obstacle course for my 13 year old bday. I originally wanted the 20 foot slide but there was an issue with it a week before the party! I booked this 2 weeks in advance and they were so accommodating! The owners was more then wonderful!! They gave me a great price for both and a popcorn machine! Every loved it!
