I took my daughter here to get a new frame because she broke hers and Sherry was the associate that helped us. Sherry is very professional and patient with my daughter when she was trying to pick a frame to purchase. Another associate who is very friendly and great with customer service is Susan. Both ladies have excellent customer service and very attentive to the customers and answering questions and concerns that we had.

Susan was very helpful on the phone when I needed to confirm if they carried my contact prescription. Unfortunately, they didnt have them available, but she was more than happy to order them if I needed them (I didnt place the order because I need them for an upcoming trip I spaced out about). Thank you for being helpful, Susan.

Very Disappointed on this location. I have vision Insurance through MetLife and called the day before to make an appointment. The day of my appointment i arrived and was told by receptionist that when she put my insurance information in there system it said multiple results found, i have my whole family on my plan. The receptionist proceeded to give me an 800 number to call myself to get answers, number was wrong so tried with a second number. After making the second call i was told that the office needs to get all there information online and they should be the ones calling not the client. Bottom line i left as I felt no one was willing to help me, they should have ultimately called me the day prior to notify me of issue instead of me wasting a trip and time. I went to Costco were i had no issues and my husband also got his glasses. Next time receptionist needs to be more willing to help the customers or learn the computer system.

Excellent! Susan and Mary were awesome! So helpful, professional & respectful. I enjoyed getting new glasses! They made sure everything was exactly as I wanted & needed. I HIGHLY recommend your eye care here.

I have been using this center for about two years now, for my self and my child - great service and prices. Also, they fixed my childs broken frames several times for free.

I purchased a sunglasses at this place twice already but somehow I always get end up with this Filipina lady named Sherry I think. Shes kinda rude! At first I thought thats just how she is but the 2nd time around, I purchased a sunglasses she didnt even clean it! I told her if she have a cleaner for the sunglasses that I bought? And says no! If you want you can buy. Wow.! I think she doesnt belong there she should get fired.
