I have never had to do this.. so this is quite a shame. Where do I begin? I have been scheduled for multiple delivery dates for a couple cases of smoothie mixes I have been using at my various business. Unfortunately, every single time the delivery date has arrived, the delivery driver is apparently no where to be found. After multiple attempts to have the driver contacted, and the ordering business (us) notified for an estimated delivery time, there is no call received. A few times, I have asked to speak to a Manager directly, I have been hung up on. Now finally, attempting to reschedule and give one last chance, I have come to the conclusion the business does not care for customer service, or even to make the sale afterall, so I have refrained from another final attempt. Unfortunately, this account is now lost and another vendor will be sourced. Bottom line, I have not had success with this company, perhaps others may. Here is a fair warning to the rest of the business owners out there.

Company charges 75.00 for uniform rental which you wash yourself with a signed agreement upon hired if you leave within 6mos they will debit it from your final check.even if you return themUNBELEIVEABLE HERE
