Ive always loved this store. From their first opening where they had grand opening .99¢ Only priced scooters and pirates books that are normally $50 to now, where I know I can walk in and instantly get 50 mylar balloons for our grad event at church for a fraction of the cost of a party store. It really used to be .99¢ Only but not so much anymore. But thats ok since I can still get fresh herbs that I can actually plant to use over and over again for a buck. Todays hilight was the amazing staff who helped me gather those 50 balloons. If only shed seen me trying to squeeze them all into my tiny Chevy Spark, it wouldve probably made her night.

I swear the 99 is the new everything like our country and we used to get burgers for like $0.50 in like a dollar for a burger is still the same for the past like 20 years despite cost-of-living increases and gasoline prices rising just because the new invention comes out doesnt mean that we shouldnt change our dollar value however shopping as a people straight up at the 99 for all our Goods really brings the value of what youre buying there and to be fair mentioning other stores like Walmart but 99 is going to be hard to erase

I get all my hygiene supplies for the homeless that I help ever week downtown. Your money goes MUCH farther here to help others. #bekind #payitforward

This is such a great location.They are clean, organized and getting more items every season.I can save so much money and have items that last a while.The more than 99¢ items are decent.I like the produce in the back, great varieties of salads for cheap.Nonin, a wonderful lady cashier, here was super helpful - I am working on a project and she helped me troubleshoot and look for a similar item to accomplish what I am trying to do.I appreciate that in this big store.

I go here like every week and I save so much money on things that would normally be more than $5 at a regular store. I wish they had one in 4S!!!! Cashiers are friendly every time we check out. It’s not the cleanest, but I mean what store really is? Anyhow anywho five stars.

Done with 99 Cents Only Stores. Was just at the Poway location. Was picking up some Little Debbies cakes & when she rung them up it said $1.99 I picked up the box & searched it for a price. No price anywhere. If the store name is 99 cents only everything without a price should be 99 cents period.

This is a very good store however as of late most things are 1.99 instead of 99 cents.

I have been shopping at this store location for years now. And I have not had a bad experience yet. This store always has a great selection of items. The employees arent the kind that kiss the ground you walk on. But they are professional and do their job and thats exactly what I like. I like to be able to get in, get what I need and get out. Its a well kept store. The floors are always clean and Im always seeing employees busily working around the store. All in all a great 99¢ store location to shop at. I definitely recommend shopping here 😊

I really like going to these stores, they always have something new and unexpected. I sometimes plan dinner on my way home from work and will usually stop in to pick up some fresh veggies and fruit.

I love the 99 cent store they always have stuff there that I need especially the veggies. If its your first time there dont expect an array of veggies just whatever they have but sometimes they have awesome variety of mushrooms that you dont see in regular grocery stores. I always go to the 99 Cents Only stores for my pineapples, avocados, bananas, bell peppers, and mushrooms.

Pretty good value! They have some things that you would not expect like monster energy drinks. Layout is nice and easy to find things. Kind of nice to stroll down every isle to see what kind of stuff you can get a deal on. Staff is pleasant. Save you some money.

It t pretty cool they had a lot of stuff at produce. The produce looked any smelt good. I would recommend shopping there first to get a lot of your shopping list.

Im really liking the option you get to spend more than the traditional 99 cents on an item and that its not a scheme to get the customers to spend more. Besides the bold yellow price on front, even had the cashier make sure I was fine with and noticed the price difference. The toys are getting impressive. Quality of the toys are better and I like that I can find something with a more popular cartoon or marvel character on them and not spend so much. Definitely my spot for holidays and b-days for toys and decorations. Parking lot here is different. Slowed down older drivers less confident n had a couple close calls. All in all good store. Felt unique to the others like it like there were better selections on things

Shopping the dollar store is a skill. You have to be wary about package sizes. A lot of name brand companies offer dollar store sized portions that end up not being a good deal. But frequently youll find discontinued flavors, or products that just didnt sell well end up here, and those are the best bargains. The produce is decent at this store, more for the bagged salads (they frequently have Earthbound Organic spring mix and arugula) They have a very good cleaning section where you can pick up no-name magic sponges, dish brushes and toilet bowl cleaner. Their seasonal section is excellent as well to decorate your house for the holidays on the cheap.

Bigger store so it has more options. They also sell random beer and wine in the back. Ive picked up a few and they were pretty good!

You legally have to call it a $4 and under store if there are items above 99 cents or it is false advertising. Either sell ONLY items that are 99 cents or change the name of your business.

PowAy location - generally nothing to ever say its a 99 cent store right ! Checking out had a gift card- it wouldnt swipe the clerk (Edna) said try again after three times she takes it swipes says to me nothing in it !! I knew better AGAIN 99 cent store xmas time lots of people behind me I pay and leave, call it works of course after talking to Corp. Come on type in the number wow one small extra step! This one has a great selection, quality produce, nice people...the only thing that prevented 5 stars from happening was...the kids stuff. A toy that was $2.99 instead of 99¢ was a huge disappointment (not what it looked like on the box at all), but it wouldnt have been so irritating if it was only 99¢. The box of crayons we got had a lot of broken crayons in it...almost half of them. Hopefully the activity set we bought will live up to our hopes.Its like going to a garage sale, for me. I want the bargain. If its going to fall apart or break or be...not a bargain...its not a bargain!That being said, I was still impressed by the fruit selection, snacks and other foodstuffs, as well as the household items and personal hygiene products. Its a great place for those things!

The staff is not overly friendly, they often have good Bargains On organic vegetables but you have to watch what they scan because it says 99 Cent Only and even when theyre not marked they will often try and charge a higher price, so you have to really watch

Good place to buy small things - yet important saviors like say batteries, torch, stands, kitchen towels etc ( which are very expensive in other stores), decorations, little toys/colors/crafts for kids, grooming essentials like mirrors, combs, bands etc, and branded snacks in small quantities.

Its worth looking around. You just never know what youll find.
