Manny and Brian came out this morning to install some quartz countertops. They did a great job. Professional and done in less than 3 hours.

Ordered countertops through Lowe’s in Poway and this is the company the contact out for install. Many issues with the install with the main issue being cabinet damage to newly installed cabinets. Young inexperienced installers drilled screws to secure plywood subtop without pre drilling and to close to cabinet edge cracking the cabinet faces. Thousands of dollars in damaged cabinets. They also “freehanded” a edge because when fabricated it was off. This edge is jagged and a huge noticeable eye sore. Mounted sink improperly because the installer told me he forgot the tool to do it the right way. The sink install does not allow for it ever to be removed or replaced if damaged. Very disappointed in this company. I have completed many kitchen/bathroom remodels and this is by far the worse granite company I have felt with. They did offer to purchase new cabinets to replace the damaged one but I didn’t have enough faith in the company not to cause further damage when removing the counters for me to replace cabinets and then re-install counter. My recommendation would be avoid this company.

Ive used SD Granite for years and have recommended many friends and associates. 1) Their pricing is very fair. 2) They work well with the local suppliers and get a better price on stone than you can individually. 3) They use lasers to measure everything to account for non-straight walls, etc. 4) Their measuring crew and install crews are meticulous, courteous and very professional. After finishing three bathrooms Im about to place my order for the kitchen and look forward to the opportunity to work with such a great group of people!

Save yourself time and lots of frustration. Very unprofessional and shady company. Difficult to communicate with. They keep telling you every one is so busy. They take more work than they can handle and execute it with long long delays and poor workmanship.
