I go here for all my pond needs. Staff is knowledgeable and have always been very helpful. They have also come out to my home to help with any pond issues at reasonable prices.

Absolutely joke. After 3 weeks and 8 phone calls from Bryan and Steve, who refuses to even look at a my pond. They asked for pictures and they wanted to charge $358.00 to take a look. They can’t be bothered to even drive to my house. $80 an hour with a minimum of 2 hours to clean the pond then they wanted another $99 an hour to quote me what it would cost to fix it. This is all without seeing it in person. Terrible customer service. They act like they are above you. Just a joke.

This was our first time visiting. We were greeted by the employees, and the store was nicely organized. We were able to get the supplies we needed, and their koi tanks were nicely stocked and very clean. They had a good selection of aquatic plants. This place will be our new go-to place for pond supplies.

Oh my gosh I had so much fun at this store. Were looking at putting in a little water pond. Something small with a little water Lilly out two. They were so nice and so helpful. We spent at least an hour in there with them. I had fun playing with the koi. The little white one has a pretty fantastic personality.

I really like the new (well not that new) location... More open and inviting. I wasnt always pleased with the service long ago but I gave it another try and was very happy I did. Very helpful and answered all my questions and gave me guidance on how to clear up my pond.

The water is so clear! Nathan did a great job. Our pond and waterfall were yucky and they removed plants and cleaned out all the gross stuff. The fish are happy and so are we. Beautiful!

Great place for koi pond information, equipment, and supplies with a great and friendly staff. They will help you the best they can, if they cant, theyll tell you who can. I really love the honesty about them. There are cheaper options for the stuff you buy, but not equal in service.

I visited San Diego Pond & Garden for the first time looking for ideas to enhance my backyard pond and found an extensive line of pond products. I also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place. Check it out!

This company does not stand for customer service! One of the employees there personally wrote down all of the sizes and equipment I needed to build a pond in my back yard and when the liner didnt not fit from his employees recommendation the owner would not exchange or return it. I was told Oh well try and sell it on ebay and buy a new one - keep in mind i paid over $300 for the first one.Also, before purchasing all of the equipment I was given a quote in writing and when I purchased the equipment a few days later the cost was over $500 more than my quote.This company is not trustworthy and has horrible customer service. Use caution when trusting what they say.

Weve been here a few times trying to make our pond healthier for our Koi.Stephen,Kate and Steve the owner have always been very informative and all have a genuine desire to point you in the right direction.We didnt realize how much work it could be to look after the Koi pond we inherited when we moved into our current address over two years ago.Weve upgraded the filter,the pump and added a uv sterilizer/clarifier plus various pond water chemical treatments.Anytime we have had a problem with anything we have called these guys and they have been more than happy to help us find a solution.....not one of them tried to get rid of us in a hurry.I know we can get cheaper prices on the internet for some of the major items weve bought here but how do you put a price on a friendly,helpful person on the other end of the phone who remembers you when you have to ring about a problem and who walks you though it until it is rectified?Thats service with a capital S.Thanks Stephen.
