Vicki, Dan and Mike were amazing throughout the entire process. We provided Vicki and Mike our lot location and preferences and Vicki was able to find the perfect lot within 2 weeks. We then selected the type of home we wanted and modified/upgraded to our liking. The older home on the lot was removed, lot prepared for the new home and home delivered and setup all within 4 months. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction was outstanding. TLC kept every promise and then some. For those with hesitancy towards manufactured homes, I would encourage you to walk thru a model home and see for yourself the beauty and quality of these homes. I would highly recommend TLC.
Our Experience with TLC was Exeptional. Thank You, Mike & Vicky!!! Mike went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and was ALWAYS on top of everything. If you are looking for an informative Rep who can answer all questions and get you what you want, even when your not sure what that is, you need to Speak to Mike Gener. We knew nothing about the whole process of pulling out our old home and putting in a new home in the same lot so that lead us to have 100+ questions, either Mike or Vicky answered everyone of them never making us feel like a bother and welcomed any other questions. TLC never made a promise they could not keep. I LOVE my new home!!! Thank You Mike & Vicky and the whole TLC Team!! This is the company you WANT to do business with for sure! 👍👍 2 thumbs up.
My Husband and I just Closed on a TLC Manufactured home. We couldnt be happier. Mike and Hannah were amazing! They went above and beyond on a process that was very challenging to say the least. My husband and I loved our manufactured home and community, but needed more space, so we knew it was time to start looking.Mike Gener was our agent and he was super awesome! He took into consideration everything that was important to us in finding the right home and lot that would be the perfect fit for us.He was very patient with our timing and when the right home came along, he was very thorough with the process.Everything with TLC homes went smooth and Mike is personable and communicative. We love our new place and couldnt be happier!
I am recommending Evelyn at TLC HOMES to anyone considering a manufactured home. TLC is the area leader in the manufactured home market. Evelyn is perceptive and sincere. She immediately recognized a solution to our needs. Evelyn was there for us throughout and beyond our first year in our new manufactured home. Even though commissioned at TLC she remained truly our agent, we were her clients. I am a recent real estate professional who understands this relationship well.
Not a company I would suggest for your buyers. The staff is very unprofessional and lack knowledge. The Manager hand picks who they wish to accept. I had a buyer who has been in the Mira Mesa Community and saw one of the units off Black Mountain road. We have been working with Mike for over 6 months and my buyer are finally in escrow. We moved forward to placing an offer to one of the available unit. With several attempts to find out the regulations on the land lease Mike has no knowledge of the rules and regulations and didnt have no information regarding the community. He asked that I take my buyer to get the land lease information from the property manager. So many mistakes from the beginning. When we were writing up the contract Mike failed to let me know that he will representing my buyers instead of me. After a few days of figuring out the lender situation my buyer have decided to go with their in house lender. It took Michael 3 days to send my buyer a credit application. Multiple text request and email, he sent me a credit application with no instructions. After receiving the credit application, I asked to come back to the office to attempt to place another deposit, his text was oh I am sorry we took another deposit last night. Very unethical, and my clients will be placing a report against Michael the manager and the company TLC. As shown on his Text We took the other deposit because the buyer is not contingent. This is very wrong, as we have been working with them and they stalled in accepting our deposit with the buyer has every right but because we are contingent they went behind our back and accepted another deposit while all along we were working on putting a deposit and they have led us to believe that the buyers were going to be in contract.Very bad people to work with Mike is unprofessional and lack knowledge. The manager is also unprofessional they choose and pick. This will not go unnoticed. It is very important that the elderly buyers do not get treated this way. TLC Poway do not deserve any stars. They are very bad company.
We had the worst experience with TLC Homes, from start to finish. Mike was our realtor. He seemed to have no knowledge of this business whatsoever. Any time we had a question, he had to ask the owner. We had a unique situation with our home loan, which we understand, but he took it upon himself to share our situation...our personal business, with the person selling the home we were buying. So when we spoke with the seller and she brought it up to us, of course we were really upset and embarrassed that he could do that to us. We went through the whole process, did the home walk through. Keep in mind, were new to all this. So we do the walk through, Mike turns everything on, very briefly to verify all the appliances work. This includes the A/C which he turned on for about 30 seconds, we heard the fan and felt some air and moved on. So I signed everything to make it officially our home. Then comes the real problems. From the very first day, our A/C unit was not working, not even a little. The fan worked, but the air never got cold. So we contacted Mike, with no resolve. His response was thats weird it worked during the walk through. Didnt offer any solutions. Nothing. So we called an A/C repair place to fix it. The guy told us it was completely fried and doubts it worked during the walk through. He let us know it had to be replaced, which would cost between $7,000-$8,000. So we were upset, as anyone would be. Contacted Mike again, pushed the issue. He called their A/C people to come out, which they confirmed the same. After this whole mess, TLC, Mike, the owners, and anyone else there involved, told us that I signed off on it during the walk through, so they werent going to do anything for us. Nothing. Are you kidding?! Then, a few weeks after paying for the repair, their A/C guys send us a bill to come out and inspect the A/C. Apparently, even though TLC called to have them come out, they had them bill us. So long story short, we had a horrible experience, bought our house, and had to drop thousands of dollars on an A/C unit that was supposed to be working as part of our deal in buying the house. We are furious and will NEVER use TLC again! Id recommend doing your research, because these people think they can do whatever they want because they have the market under their control, but theres other places to buy/sell through or you can use an actual realtor. Dont go to them because you feel like you have to, because thats what we did, and it was the worst home buying experience we could have ever imagined! Thanks TLC, for allowing our family to struggle due to your incompetence.
Horrible service and rude
