I wish I could leave negative stars but I can’t. I dropped off an iPad Pro to have the charging port replaced because it would not charge. I picked it after them having it 4 days shy of a month only to get home and find out it will still will not charge. I called back and spoke with Al the owner who basically told me that he was able to charge it (to 72%) and that is what I paid for. Um, no I paid for it to be fixed. He refused to allow me to bring it back for him to do the work to actually get it fixed and refused a refund. Basically he scammed me out of $200. I will NEVER do business with him again and I would highly recommend no one else waste their time and money on them either. HORRIBLE customer service.

My personal experience at the K-club has thought me so many thing about the inner workings, and the software of the technology of computers, and expanded my knowledge on this field. It also showed the ways of Computer science and how the way apps, and programs are produced. If you have a interest into anything computers then the K-club is just right for you.

I will not recommend this place to anyone to get your computer fixed. The lady has very poor customer service skills. She was holding personal phone calls while I was being waited on by her. I had to wait until she finished her conversation before she could finish up with me. Then it told over a month for them to put my laptop back together even after I either called or personal went there to tell them to put it back together so I can get it. Then they charged me more than what they told me it will cost. Then on top of that they lost my charger and gave me one that want even charge my laptop. Very poor service from being to end.

I purchased a MacBook from here and asked the owner if I can download iMovie on it for my daughter he confidently said yes over and over. I bought it and was unable to download iMovie. Do not recommend buying from here.

Sold me a desktop that never did work right. Took it back and was told it needed an upgraded video card. Felt it was not valued nor properly represented. Gave up after the 4th visit.
