On October 3rd, 2021, I went to CVS to get my flu shot, I had to wait in the parking lot one hour because the pharmacy was scheduled to open at 10:00am, when was the time I entered to the store, the first thing I checked was if the store required a face covering to enter to the store but, no sign was at the main entrance, since I am fully Covid vaccinated, I proceed without a face mask, while I was waiting a few people were already there waiting for the Covid-19 vaccine, I patiently waited until I get to the window, a pharmacist that appears to be from India asked me what I wanted and I said, I want to get a flu shot, she got my insurance information and told me to go to the other window to get some paper work that I needed to fill it out, she direct me to sit in a round table close to the pharmacy, when I was attempting to sit, the a couple that was next to me started yelling at me repedetely Do not come close to me if you do have a mask on The pharmacist started telling me that it was mandated by the store to have a face mask on, funny two of the pharmacy personal did not had a mask on, I respectfully told her, that once I was no sign at the entrance of the store and two she saw me without a mask and did not said anything until the couple started yelling at me, I decided to leave without getting the shot because I found it very disrespectful and discriminatory because I was treating differently because of my ethnicity, I saw employees at the store without a face mask, other customers without a face mask but they only see me without the mask. As I told the yelling customers, I am an American citizen that pay taxes and health insurance, I went to CVS because it was required by my insurance to choose them, Walgreens or Walmart. They need to be consistence with the sign and requirement to all the customers but more importantly train the employees to be fare with and treat everyone with dignity and respect.

Do not use the pharmacy at this location. Slowest pharmacy on the planet. Do not even think about trying to use the drive through. Waited for over 45 minutes with only three cars in line.

DRIVE THRU IS VERRRRY SLOW! We waited more than 30 minutes for the car in front of us to move so we could pick up our one prescription. Pharmacist should have told them to drive back around. About for other cars behind us got out of the line.

I am here, sitting to get a Covid test. No one is answering the drive thru window at all. Absolutely abysmal, do not waste peoples time!If you need a test, don’t rely on them. Beware!

The CVS Pharmacy customer service is Horrible. Stood at the Prescription Drop off Window for 10mins. Then watched another customer walk up to pickup register and she was helped immediately. Mind you, I made EYE Contact with each Worker while standing there waiting patiently. Than I said oh was I supposed to go to pickup register or something. Then each one of them was like oh Im sorry we didnt see you there. Then, dealt with continued rudeness from Elvira Bannister when picking up my Prescriptions. Please learn to Treat others how you would want to be treated. Instead of being plain rude. I will not return to this Location to use the Pharmacy ever again. When you know Better you do Better!

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. I went to have two prescriptions filled. I waited in line and when it was my turn the service rep asked me to step aside and said she would check on it after she helped other people. That doesn’t make sense. I waited my turn like everyone else so she should’ve completely finished helping me before moving onto others. Why should I have to be inconvenienced because she wanted to move through the line? That’s why I always shop at Walgreens anyways. They just have much better service all around.

I would give only a one star rating but I will say their delivery of prescriptions has been great every other time. However, last Tuesday I had ordered a prescription for delivery and paid the $7 extra shipping fee for it to be delivered the next day. I got my order confirmation and everything, the prescription never shipped. I waited and waited and finally on Saturday still nothing so I called the pharmacy asking what was going on. She said they never got anything stating that it needed to be shipped and I just need to call CVS customer care. So I called them and was met with a guy who didn’t seem to care at all about my situation and put me on hold for almost 40 minutes before I could even explain what I wanted done about the situation, which was to cancel the order and have my money refunded. During those 40 minutes I had emailed their customer service and provided screenshots of the phone call time duration, my order number and the prescription itself and the confirmation email stating that it would let me know when my order SHIPS. Still no reply from them. A little bit after that phone call I got a text notification stating that the prescription was picked up and out for delivery. Still waiting. I’m very disappointed in how this company has handled the situation, or lack there of! No refund, no prescription. Nothing

Cvs was better when El Andre was working I wonder if Steven is going to lose customers🤷🏼‍♀️Steven disrespected my mom and other people who do coupons. Why disrespect them what they do to you. I love & respect all Couponers but he disrespected my mom asking why she’s shopping. I got love and respect for El AndreWish he was working there now my mom shopping at another location where the store manager doesn’t disrespect her all cause of coupons

Do not fill your prescriptions at this location. They have screwed my prescriptions up so badly that I wouldnt even know where to start explaining. Also, dont try to call because you will be on hold for a decade. Just save yourself the headaches and frustration.

If I could give this pharmacy a negative star I would. This pharmacy is always understaffed, some of the staff is rude and undertrained. The lines both inside and the drive through are ALWAYS crowded and extremely slow. You can literally sit in the drive through line for over an hour. You can NEVER pull up or walk up and get your prescription at that moment. You are always told to come back. If you have to call to speak to a pharmacist be prepared to hold the phone at least 20 minutes. This CVS is awful!

I stopped in on Tuesday 8/20 in the evening. The customer in front of me at the check out began coughing excessively. The young Lady working the register immediately offered to help her and even gave her a bottle of water that she (the employee) had purchased for herself. Really going the extra mile and showing extraordinary customer service. Great job! I’ll be shopping there again.

This CVS may be shiny and new but the Pharmacy sucks. Every prescription takes HOURS to get ready, every single time. No matter what it is, and no matter how long ago your Dr. called it in. If you have a new medication you need today, I suggest you go anywhere but here. This will be the last time I ever use or refer anyone to this location, and I actually am the one calling in the prescriptions! Corporate need to be made aware of this, and I intend to do so. They give CVS a bad name.

Unfortunately I am stuck using CVS because they have a contract with my ‘benefit’ manager. I have tried to call this pharmacy 5 days in a row at different times throughout the day to speak with someone, ANYONE, in the pharmacy department. I sat on hold for more than a hour listening to the recording telling me “All pharmacy personnel are assisting other customers, please hold and someone will assist you momentarily” without ever talking to anyone. If it weren’t for the contracts FORCING you to use this farce of a company they would go out of business in less than a week.

This CVS is new within the last year but I rarely go there because on three separate visits they didnt have the heart medicine my dad was prescribed. All the other pharmacies have it but they dont keep it stocked. Kroger pharmacy is by far the better choice in this area.

The reason I rate this 5 Stars is because of Nick (Pharmacist). He is incredibly responsive and quick to help with anything needed in the pharmacy department as well as answering questions regarding other items in the store. I will literally only go to this location on days that he is working. I thank him for his assistance.

I just spent 19 minutes on hold waiting to speak with someone in the pharmacy to ask about a medication for my mom. Interestingly, with my job, I interact with local pharmacies chains nearly every day so I’m prepared to wait on hold, maybe 5-8 min? and that often comes with an apology for the wait time. This has to be the longest I’ve ever sat on hold to speak with a tech. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 only bc I did go in store about 2 mo ago and the pharmacy personnel were nice—I guess understaffing is not their fault.

Not suprised to see 1 star at this location. Dropped my mothers prescriptions off, specifically told the young man who is always there and that has helped my Mom before that she became worse and now is bedridden, therefore Im dropping off and picking up another prescription. Also specially asked if everything will go through okay and how long it would be. Yea no problem but come back in 3 hours Mind you Im7 months pregnant and its hard to travel, get in and out of cars etc. I show up 4 hours later and they gave me the papers back saying sorry they wont fill the requests and go to walgreens. What???? Seriously? Thanks for calling or even at the time i was THERE would Have been nice to let me know. Not after I pick up my son, go to the grocery store, then go out of my way to drive 20 min there. Absolutely disgraceful. Who has time to waste like that? Do you? SMH!!

Called and spoke to a pharmacist. She made no effort to search for a medical product I was looking for, which according to their website was in stock. She passed the call to the front desk. They hung up on me. Highly recommend this pharmacy be avoided.

This is the slowest pharmacy I have even been to. Ive been there 3 times this week to pick up my prescriptions from the drive-thru and have left 3 times without picking them up due to sitting in line for 30 minutes without the line moving at all. The pharmacy staff has been mostly pleasant, though Ive gotten smart attitudes and lack of service on occasion. I wouldnt waste my time here, they give off the impression that they could give two poops less if you enjoy using their business or not. Id go to the Walgreens down the street or use a nearby Kroger facility. Ive actually been given incorrect prescriptions from this location as well.

I am not the person who writes reviews unless my experience is really good or really bad. This pharmacy has terrible customer service. They are rude in person and on the phone. I have had multiple issues with them since they opened. They never have prescriptions ready when they are supposed to. No concept of others people time, to do things when you say you will and that I am a customer - paying for your service. I wouldn’t have written a review if I haven’t had so many bad experiences here. I would never go here if it wasn’t required by my insurance to use CVS... worst customer experiences everytime.

Terrible service. There is not enough personal in the pharmacy to supply the demand. On 2/15/19 I was not able to get medication for my son. To transfer the medication to another pharmacy, it was a big issue.
