Great service and atmosphere. Very helpful when trying to order! Green chili bagel was on point! 🥐 and 🥯 on point!

Loved the customer service. Can’t remember the name of who helped me but they were great. Loved my soufflés and coffee but my muffin was still doughy in the middle and sadly couldn’t finish eating it.

Pulled up And tried the door and it was locked. I could see all the employees and they’re just standing there. I looked down at my watch and it was 153. Posted closing time was 2 o’clock but I guess they didn’t feel like finishing out their day. I was just trying to get a box of bagels for a group of people watching football. I rushed over as quickly as I could and was so happy when I got there with several minutes to spare only to find the door locked and the employee still in there just staring at me. All I can say is don’t believe the posted times they are not correct

This place is great. Everything is made to order so your food is always fresh. The ingredients are top quality and taste fresh and amazing. The menu isnt overly complicated as they only do breakfast and lunch and everything Ive had has been delicious. They have a great selection of bagels and schmears to match as well as great breakfast bagel sandwiches. They also have vegetarian options as well as bread less options. Also the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend will be back many times.

Ordered bagel burrito and hash brown bagel with salmon cream cheese and they gave me this in pictures. Asked them and said this is what I ordered lol. But I paid for a bagel. After waiting in line for 10 minutes when there were 6 people in store. Employees were barking at each other because they were too busy. I will never go back there again.

Service was great. Food was good. Glad there was outside seating with the inside still being closed at this time.

Dropped in when I saw they did Caribou Coffee.A little strange of a setup with not having to pay right then and there at the register.Food is great every time Ive been in!I had the bacon, avocado and tomato.The other is the Farmhouse.

The bagels are awesome but the woman behind the counter was rude and combative. She couldnt hear me after 3 times I increased my volume (mask). She asked me to leave because she interpreted increased volume as yelling. She continued to be combative even as other customers asked her to please get my order and stop arguing. Im not yelling at you Im talking so you can hear me. This was Gloria the general manager. Appalling that she was so rude and clueless. Wont go to that store anymore. There are way too many other options.

I placed my order through door dash. I went to pick up my order and parked at curbside pickup and called the number to have my order given to me. The person I spoke to said that as general rule door dash orders must be picked up in doors. No biggie. But I was still in my pajamas. She agreed to bring it out. Then another woman came out (come to find out she was the manager, maybe). Didn’t say her name or anything. But asked if there was a reason why I couldn’t go inside and pick it up my order. I said yes and that was because I was in my pajamas. She gave me a stern chastising that it was not a good enough reason not to go inside to pick up my order but said she will place my order on the table as to humiliate with whatever patrons were outside or inside enjoying their bagels and coffee. I was mad because she was rude and said I would never shop her establishment. Pretentious beeIt’s been two weeks dove I wrote this review. I wrote to Einstein Bros and I haven’t so much have received an update on the situation. They need to work on their customer service both at this location and following up on customer complaints.

It was great, I love their food. A couple of the fountain drinks were out-of-order which looked semi-permanent, really wanted ice tea and lemonade but there was only soda. Outside seating was clean. Staff was friendly.

I used to frequent this location but stopped going due to how rude the manager is. I went back today for the first time in maybe a year and I see nothing has changed. Manager is disrespectful and speaks to the customers like they are a child. No greeting, no thank you just a sarcastic and disrespectful tone. Definitely won’t go back.

They have so many bagels and other goodies. Im going to be in there more often from now on

Walked in waited 10 minutes before I ask if I could order. Rude worker said we’ll get to you. There was only two workers for door dash, app, call-in and walk-in. I had to leave after 15 minutes and never took my order. If you want to have pick up and door dash you should have a designated workers for that and one for walk in orders.

There is a sad difference now with covid 19. No indoor seating.However, the bagels are stil very delicious and the rest of the food is amazing as well.The service is very good. This is the place to go to get your bagel love on.Meeting church friends and chatting it up outside, what a joy!

I really like the bagels and their breakfast options. However there is always a line. Can’t recommend if your expecting a quick pick up. Have tried another stop here and same results. 2 people are not enough to handle the traffic.

This place is a disaster. Doesn’t matter what you order. Plan on it being wrong and them charging you for it hoping you don’t complain. Unfortunately I love the bagels but have learned to never leave that store till you try and look at everything that leaves the store. They love to charge you for stuff and it’s never in the bag or on the sandwiches you order.

Clean store, inside and out (including restroom- womens). Friendly and fast service. Very personable. Food was just as ordered...bagel and cream cheese. Of course, we know its just not that simple, too many great varieties.

I live in Texas and the Einsteins A going-out-of-business there. When I saw this shop I slammed on my brakes and when it. They was good as I remember. Taking a bunch home with me.

I wish they had delivery. Bagels are awesome. Pastries are tasty. Sandwiches are fresh and yummy.

What in the world??? I was around the village and was really excited to see an Einstein as there isn’t one close to me. This was a Sunday at noon - it wasn’t slammed but the two or three people working seemed overwhelmed and almost bothered by customers- I could tell it had been busy - but seriously- there wasn’t a clean table in the place the windows had handprints from kids. The cases were dirty. And behind the counter when I went to get my coffee?? Trash flowing on the floor from their bin. Tons and tons of bagel bits and crumbs. Truly not cleaning as you go. I’m voter this way sometimes, but I won’t be back. My order wasn’t correct as well. Nothing major but wanted extra cheese on my bagel. I wouldn’t have dared bother them for that.

I just started going there for the last month and every time Ive been there it seems like theyre always short staff and customer service is getting worse and worse every time. Every time I am in there and I can see how much customer they are losing due to their customer service and short staffing really sad I really like Einstein Bagels a lot but Im going to have to find somewhere else to go. It looks like they are charging me for the same food I get every time more and more. I dont mind paying more for my food but at least make it right with a smile on your face even if it is fake. They just dont cars it seems. Just going to start going to Starbucks down the parking lot from them at least I know Ill get better customer service

Great food

We meet here almost every week. And almost every week it is never open at 5:30. Not sure why but they always have a reason to never be open on time. Consistently 10-15 late opening.

Einsteins has great bagels, no doubt. Its the service from store to store that separates them. The location on Shawnee Mission Pkwy. takes itself WAY too seriously and the management gets a bit carried away with procedures if youre not a regular. This PV location has much nicer staff and seems to be kept cleaner.

Yummy sammich, but for real this place is a great breakfast option with some real good bagels and cream cheese or shmears as they call them, staff gets the job done, environment is nice and theres always a place to sit down and relax, I come here often for breakfast, bagel sandwiches are outstanding.

Good food but slow service

Ordered a small vanilla latte and a croissant. I watched the espresso shot sit there for 10 full minutes and they still served me it in a latte that wasnt really hot either. Very disappointed and will not be going to that location again, unfortunately.

Been here a couple of times and both times have not enjoyed it. Dont have ANY questions regarding menu ingredients or allergy concerns, otherwise youll have eyes rolled at you and treated as an inconvenience. Staff is poorly trained on items and obviously has no concern with customer experience. Ill just plan on going to literally any other place than this one.

I cant reccomend any other place to get bagels than this place. All the cashiers are so nice, the food is ready fast, and its DELICOUS. Reccomenation: bacon egg and cheese everything bagel, thintastic, 1 egg.

At this location it was a nice layout good seating, cool in a hot summer day, the bagels were decent, we entered as they were closing and they stayed open a few minutes just to take our order and let us eat it. overall it was a good experience
