I called Village Flower shop and ordered a dozen long stem red roses for my girlfriends 46th Birthday to be dropped off at Cafe Provence for our dinner this past Saturday evening at 7:30. Flowers were there at the restaurant ready to be placed on the table, the arrangement was absolutely perfect, quite stunning, and she loved it!!! So thank You very much for the service and the beautiful flowers, I’ll be back to order again 😁

A fabulous little local flower shop with varying floral arrangements, balloons, cards, and edibles. Their floral arrangements will bring a smile to anyones face, and the smells are rejuvenating. I wanted to take the entire store home with me. The staff is honest and incredibly polite! Lastly, their prices are unbeatable for the quality of the product. Review for Poor Customer service only since I didn’t get the flowers. The girl who answers the phones, said “I literally have no idea when or what our designers are going to do or when they stop taking orders”.So, the designers are the ones who accept an order at 3:30pm but at 830am the next morning, they had changed their mind? I wasn’t asking for same day service or a large elaborate order. I didn’t specify a flower or color. Easy order on a Thurs to pick up Sat at 4pm, delivery not needed. Zero apologies. Zero alternatives. I am an advocate of small businesses, but this was frustrating and not consistent with prior reviews I read before choosing them. Guess something has changed recently.

Went in to get a very small arrangement for a friend who’s great at picking out flowers. It’s not my thing, so I asked the employees for help. They were very friendly, helped me put together a gorgeous little assembly of loose flowers, didn’t try to up-sell, and did everything quickly. Would absolutely go back!

I ordered the Pure Elegance flowers for same day delivery. They were hand delivered within a few hours and my sister thought they were beautiful. I highly recommend Village Flower Company and will be using them again in the future.

UnderwhelmingOrdered flowers for my nieces birthday. The lady on the phone was pleasant, the arrangement included the flowers I specifically requested and it arrived on time which was great. However, the flower arrangement was no where near what I would expect for $75. Two thirds of the lilies were not open and the arrangement looked scant at best. Granted I only spent $75 --but compared to the beautiful, large arrangement $75 bought in NYC for my brother the week prior it was really disappointing.

They treat everyone with respect. I will be the first to say that is not how it has been with all the PV shops since moving here from Denver. The flowers are beautiful and the nicest people work here. They let our students visit for career day too when some stores said no. Give this store your business :)

Love buying from this florist in the Village, easy online ordering process when I need it but I also love dropping in and selecting from all their beautiful custom options when I have time. A friendly neighborhood florist with exceptional service. I highly recommend.

Wonderful staff easy to deal with in these crazy times

Ordered flowers for my daughters birthday, to be delivered on that day. The girl taking the order was new and took about 15 minutes to get the details. Of course she got something wrong and my daughter never received her flowers. Had to call them after the weekend and of course too late for her birthday. They apologized but then sent the wrong bunch of flowers out. We ordered and paid for 6 roses and only got 4 and some greenery. We called back again and they were rude and abrupt and didnt do anything to make things right. Buyer beware!! I wont be back!!
