I have been a happy customer of Euston for over 40 years-several of my children even worked there. On 9/21, We attempted to rent an aerator from Euston Prairie Village. The young man who loaded the machine into our car, placed 2 weights under the wheels of the machine - he seemed to know what he was doing - as we pulled away the aerator rolled backwards and shattered the back windshield. As a business owner one would think the store would admit to their error and compensate us accordingly. Unfortunately, not so. Very dissatisfied with my conversation with Matt the manager, who lacked manners and was disrespectful. He may need some education on how to provide good customer service.

This store is definitely out of my way, but it was worth the drive. The staff were very helpful, and got me set up with exactly what I needed. I got way better service than I have gotten at the big box stores. Thank you!

Always excellent customer service. Employees are exceptionally patient dealing with local yuppies. Yup. :) Great selection of home improvement items you wont find in a Home Depot or Lowes. The also have a small rental shop.

The staff are consistently happy and helpful. This is my preferred store to shop in. Thank you for making my money spending experience pleasant.

Theres a much better selection of just about everything here than other hardware stores. I was very impressed. This will be my go to hardware store from now on.

Eustons is a wonderful local hardware store with a friendly and helpful staff. They have many options that can save you a trip to one of the massive hardware stores.

The staff is always very helpful, and are always really nice and pleasant. If they dont have an item, they have been good about suggesting another source. Location is great for me and is next to good places to eat and get treats

Good local small hardware store. People are friendly and helpful but the prices are high unless its on sale. It is convenient.

Extremely friendly and helpful. I went in to purchase items that I needed to fix a wheel on my stylist cart. Took it in to show them what had happened. Expected to take it home or back to the salon to repair it but Tom took care of it right there and then for me.

Great family owned business

This hometown hardware store is family owned and has good service. It is nice to be able to run in and get what you need quickly instead of having to run to the big box store. They provide a lot of services like window repair and rentals too. Close place to get mulch and they will load it for you.

My friend, who is a little skatter brained & getting older, went in there too exchange an item & get another item was greeted with warmth & understanding. The employees were so helpful & walked her through everything she needed to do. Small business, big hearts!!💖😊

Absolutely amazing !!! I was there today 11/3/18 @ 1300. The young guy that cut the plexi glass for me very good and attentive. Expertise way better than Sutherland,home depot and Lowes. Well theyre better than anyone. The young girl at the register also very helpful in many ways as well. Thisll be my permanent go to for anything.

Everyone is always helpful and friendly. They are interested in me as a person.

Great store, very convenient, helpful staff, some items seem a little pricey, but I am probably use to the prices at HD and Lowes. I imagine the big box stores are able to get better margins and lower prices. This is always my first choice.

Part of make Prairie Village so great. Bought my house in 2000 and have spent the last 17 years relying on the helpful staff. Always have what I need, from a soldering iron to mantle for my gas lamp. Eustons is an important part of the village.

Ive never been impressed with Eustons as a store. They sell the exact same thing as everyone else, but I have yet to be impressed with their student help.Their rental shop is another story. I never know when Im going to need a cotton candy machine, a portable heater, a popcorn machine or a chainsaw at the same time, but if I do, that is the place I will go.

Good hardware store...someone always at the front asking if you need help finding something. Most of the staff is younger so they dont always have as much experience using the products.
